Important Information Concerning the

New CFL Light Bulbs:

This vs This

Hey folks, we are being kept in the dark about some very important downsides to the NEW CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lamps) light bulbs as state and foreign governments move to enact forced phase-out of incandescent light bulbs.

Many schools across the U.S., are urging their students to pressure their parents to replace all their incandescent bulbs with the CFL’s in their homes, and state legislatures are playing follow the leader with foreign governments in banning the sale of incandescent bulbs in the future and even the federal Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency are also pushing for the switch to the CFL’s, but there is a problem, a HUGH problem. This problem has to do with the safe disposal of the CFL’s and the danger that they pose to you and your family and your community should they break in your home, land fill or places of business.

Safe disposal plans and recycling centers for the mercury-laden CFL’s are lagging behind the push for their use.

Yes, the CFL’s do use much less energy and last much longer than the incandescent bulbs, but there is a very serious environmental drawback in that each of the CFL’s contain small amounts of highly toxic mercury which poses problems for consumers if breakage occurs and for disposal when the bulbs eventually do burn out.

The majority of consumers, even those who are already using the CFL’s, do not know of the long-term dangers that these CFL’s pose to the environment and to the health of human beings.

Even though the EPA has jumped on the CFL bandwagon as a means of lowering carbon-dioxide in the air, which they believe contributes to global warming, they are quietly offering advice on cleanup of broken bulbs that might give consumers second thoughts about dumping the old-style incandescent bulbs.

For instance, the EPA warns consumers that if a CFL breaks, open a window and leave the room immediately for at least 15 minutes because of the mercury threat. Then they suggest removing all materials by scooping fragments and powder using cardboard or stiff paper, and sticky tape for the smaller particles. Vacuum cleaners and bare hands are NEVER to be used in such cleanups. After the final cleanup with a damp paper towel, consumers are to place all materials in a plastic bag, seal it and dispose of properly (WHERE?), then “WASH HANDS”.

Disposing of “properly” could be a tough thing to do, since CFL’s should NEVER be thrown in the trash, they MUST be turned into recycling centers, which are few and far between.

When the laws banning incandescent light bulbs take effect, so DO the MANDATORY fines on consumers and businesses that dispose of the CFL’s improperly.

Though the amount of mercury in each CFL is small – approximately 4 milligrams- the potential environmental hazard that will be created by the mass introduction of billions of CFL’s with few disposal sites and a public unfamiliar with the risks, is extremely great.

Mercury is best known for its effect on the nervous system. It can also cause damage to the liver and the kidneys and in sufficient quantities can cause death. When enough mercury accumulates in a landfill, it can be emitted into the air and water in the form of vaporous methyl – mercury. From there it can easily enter the food chain.

Besides the health and environmental downsides, consumers are discovering other downsides, such as:

Most CFL’s do not work with dimmer switches;

They are only available in a few sizes;

Some emit a bluish light;

Some people have reported getting headaches while working or reading under them;

They cannot be used in recessed lighting enclosures or enclosed globes;

Fires are seen as a slight possibility.

Despite all of these drawbacks, Australia, Canada and the European Union have all moved to ban the incandescent light bulb. California, Connecticut, North Carolina and Rhode Island, are all in the process of legislating and end to Thomas Edison’s greatest invention.

But this craze didn’t start in Australia, Europe or Canada. Are you ready for this? It started in Fidel Castro’s Cuba. His move to ban the incandescent light bulb was quickly followed by Hugo Chavez’s Venezuela. Only then was the torch taken up by the industrialized Western nations.

There is some good news though. The Government just may be promoting a kind of lighting that itself maybe nearly obsolete. Fluorescent lights are nothing new as they have been around for a long time. Some experts are predicting that the next generation of lighting will be LED Lights. They are made from semiconductor materials that emit light when an electrical current flows through them. When this form of light takes over, all bulbs will be obsolete, since your wall tiles can light up. Curtains and drapes can light up, and even your dinning room table can be made to light up – at exactly the level you want. And the best news is NO TOXIC WASTE.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A GOOD DEMOCRAT........

1. You have to be against capital punishment, but support abortion on
demand.

2. You have to believe that businesses create oppression and
governments create prosperity.

3. You have to believe that guns in the hands of law-abiding
Americans are more of a threat than U.S. Nuclear weapons technology in

4. You have to believe that there was no art before Federal funding.

5. You have to believe that global temperatures are less affected by
cyclical documented changes in the earth's climate and more affected by

6. You have to believe that gender roles are artificial but being

7. You have to believe that the AIDS virus is spread by a lack of

18. You have to believe conservatives telling the truth belong in jail,

WEDNESDAY MADNESS #5 - Golden Pig Award

“Just Hitting Another

Brick Wall”

Golden Pig Award:

Bill and Hillary Clinton Linked to
ELDER Scam:

Since leaving office in 2001, former president Bill Clinton has been paid $3.3 million dollars by InfoUSA, an Omaha, Nebraska company that has been identified as a key provider of specially designed databases that have been sold to criminals who use the detailed information to defraud the elderly.

The consulting fees paid to Bill Clinton were only part of the largess InfoUSA has bestowed on the former president.

Vinod Gupta, the CEO of InfoUSA, lent the Clintons the company's jet which took them to such places as Switzerland, Hawaii, Jamaica and Mexico. The jet service was worth a staggering $900,000.00.

Gupta also gave the Clinton Library a six-figure gift as well. And just months after leaving office, Bill Clinton was paid $200,000 for a speech he gave to InfoUSA in Omaha.

According to the New York Times, InfoUSA compiled and sold lists that disclosed the names of elderly men and women who would be likely to respond to unscrupulous scams. They are not the kind of company which a former president and the husband of a presidential candidate should be associated.

InfoUSA sold lists to companies that were under investigation or closed down by courts because of their criminal activities. The company's internal emails show that employees were aware that the investigations for elderly fraud involved their customers, but sold the lists anyway.

The Times profiled one unfortunate 92 year-old man who entered a sweepstakes sponsored by InfoUSA. The information that he innocently provided was then sold to the predator marketers. After responding to their telemarketing calls seeking financial information, his entire life-savings was stolen from his bank account at Wachovia Bank. These practices, using listssupplied by InfoUSA, were repeated all across the country.

Last week, Hillary sought and obtained an extension of time to file her presidential candidate financial disclosure statement (
probably to give her time to find a way to cover up her and Bill's connection to InfoUSA).

Unlike the the information required by Senators, this filing requires her to list not not just the sources of Bill's income, but exactly how much he was paid.

The relationship between Vinod "Vin" Gupta, the CEO of InfoUSA and the Clintons is both long-standing and deep:

Gupta raised over $200,000 for Hillary's Senate Campaigns and contributed thousands to the DNC and Democratic House and Senate campaigns.

InfoUSA was one of the sponsors of the Aspen Festival of Ideas last summer where Bill and Hillary both spoke.

Gupta built the Bill Clinton Science and Technology Center and the Hillary Clinton Mass Communications Center in his hometown of Rampur, India.

InfoUSA appointed Terry McAuliffe, the Clintons' long-time moneyman to the Board of Directors of its subsidiary company videoyellowpages.com.

Clinton appointed Gupta to the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees only a few days before he left office.

Gupta's generosity to the Clintons is only matched by his generosity to himself.

TUESDAY LESSONS IN CIVICS & THE CONSTITUTION - C

“Just Hitting Another

Brick Wall”

Unconstitutional and Illegal Federal Laws

Article III.

The powers of the Third Branch of government, the Judicial Branch are listed in Article III of the Constitution. The only three Crimes that the Federal Courts are constitutionally empowered to have jurisdiction over are treason, piracy, and counterfeiting.

Also:

Section 2.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority; --to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls; --to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction; --to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party; --to Controversies between two or more States; --between a State and Citizens of another State; --between Citizens of different States; --between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects…..

The only other purpose of the United Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution and to rule on the constitutionality of laws enacted by Congress. Congress (the House and the Senate) are the ONLY branch of government empowered to draft and enact laws, as they are the Legislative Branch of the government, yet, the non-elected social activist judges on the Supreme Court, have taken it upon themselves to legislate from the bench, which they have no constitutional right to do.

A prime example of this was the Supreme Courts ruling that a woman has the Constitutional right to have an abortion under the constitutional right to privacy. This ruling, on its face, is so ludicrous. I can’t figure out how anyone in their right mind, can come up with a right to murder ones unborn child under the RIGHT TO PRIVACY.

Article IV.

Section 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Under this section of ARTICLE IV, we find two violations by all three branches of the Federal Government.

First of all, according to the Constitution, the Government of the United States is to be a Constitutional REPUBLIC. Ignorance is the number one reason for the problems we face in our country today. If you do not know the Constitution of the United States, how can you expect to hold your public servants accountable to it?

The majority of Americans today, are totally ignorant as to what form of government we have. The government which was established by our founding fathers. Contrary to the false indoctrination of our public school system, distortions by the mainstream media, and the false political dribble of calculated dis-information by government officials and political figures, our nation is a Republic, NOT a Democracy. No where in the Constitution will you find the word “democracy.” A Republic is rule by the absolute and constant standard of Law (the Constitution, the Common Law and the Ten Commandments), and is a true representative government. A democracy, on the other hand, is a highly self-destructive form of government. A democracy is rule by the uncertain relativism and constantly shifting trends of public policy.

Very often, in a democracy, the rights and wishes of the majority are often trampled upon because the wishes of the minority are often considered to be of more importance. The founding fathers had the following to say:

“Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property, and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.” – James Madison

Liberty has never lasted long in a democracy, nor has it ever ended in anything better than despotism.” – Fisher Ames

“In a republic, the importance of the central government, seen as an economic parasite and a potential tyrant, is rightfully minimized. By contrast, our democracy today, like all humanistic democracies before it, is nothing more than mob rule… where the federal government becomes a criminal, stealing from the productive and giving to the unproductive; where the government makes ungodly laws and the politicians play god, relying ultimately upon the force of violence.” No Time For Slaves, R.E. McMaster, Jr.

Despite all of this, our schools, the MSM and our elected officials, insist on calling our government a democracy, even though the founding fathers warned never to allow this country to become a democracy. I believe that it was Benjamin Franklin who was asked, after signing the Declaration of Independence, “What kind of government have you given us?” his answer was: “A Republic, if you can keep it.”

The second violation of this ARTICLE has been the failure on the part of all three branches of the federal government to protect our borders against invasion. The constant influx of millions of illegal immigrants into this country every year IS an INVASION, and it makes no difference if they come in legally and then overstay their visas or if they sneak in across our borders, they are hear illegally and are therefore invaders, and our government is derelict in their constitutional duty to protect and defend our borders. This is a VIOLATION of the Constitution.

Neither Congress nor the Supreme Court stood fast against any of these constitutional transgression. American citizens today, seem to be ignorant of the fact that the Constitution is incapable of enforcing itself. That task ultimately rests with the citizenry. There is no constitutional police force that deters potential offenders and brings perpetrators to book. The primary "check" of the citizenry on the unconstitutional conduct of government officials is, of course, the electoral process. But that check is both blunt and attenuated. Moreover, between elections people can lose their liberty, their businesses, and their personal possessions in a short period of time. If the American people demand adherence to the Constitution, government officials, including Presidents, will respect the limitations that were wisely placed on their power.

Contrary to what people have been taught in our public school system and through the MSM, the Supreme Court holds no monopoly on constitutional matters. The Framers of the Constitution created three separate and equal branches of government. Each branch was expected to "check" the others on the basis of its own understanding of the Constitution. Supreme Court justices are obligated, of course, to void unconstitutional laws and to issue writs of habeas corpus to free illegally detained prisoners (The Supreme Court justices have failed in this big time). Similarly, legislators are obligated to vote against unconstitutional bills, repeal unconstitutional laws, and scrutinize judicial nominees for the federal bench. And the president is obligated to veto unconstitutional bills, refrain from executing unconstitutional laws signed by previous presidents, and nominate judicial candidates who are committed to the Constitution.

In his first inaugural address, Grover Cleveland observed that if the American people wanted to preserve the Constitution, they had an obligation to keep a close watch on government officials and constantly remind them of their constitutional responsibilities.

I could go on and on naming one area after another where Presidents, senators, representatives, judges and others have violated the Constitution, but suffice it to say that there many other areas where the Constitution and the Oath of Office has been violated big time.

When we, the American citizens fail to speak out or stand up to these abuses of power and failure to uphold the Constitution, we have made ourselves LESS FREE.

Next week, I am going to delve into the legal system and how even that has been perverted, but before then, I am going to run a small test. Below, you will see several pictures of the flag. For those of you who leave comments, I would like for you, in your comment, to tell me how many flags of the United States there are in the picture. I will let you know the correct answer when I respond to your comments. Then in next weeks posting, I will explain why the correct answer is CORRECT.

SUNDAY'S TWO CENTS WORTH #2

“Just Hitting Another

Kids Turn in Alleged Ice Cream Pusher:

Police say elementary school students tipped them off to an ice cream truck driver who was apparently selling $5.00 and $10.00 bags of marijuana from the truck. Most of his customers were in the third, fourth and fifth grades.

Raymundo Flores, a 40 year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico, was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of marijuana. He is in the Hidalgo County jail after a judge set his bail at $30,000.00. His case may be turned over to federal immigration officials.

The police did not witness any sales, but their drug-sniffing dog helped them find packets of marijuana nestled alongside traditional frozen treats.

The outside of the truck had pictures of ice cream, while pendants in the shape of marijuana leaves dangled inside the truck.

When the hell is our government going to pull their heads out of their collective butts and get this illegals the hell out of the country and secure the border? I’m sorry, but we do not need Mexico’s trash coming here and molesting our kids, raping our women, driving drunk and killing our citizens or dealing drugs to our kids. If the government won’t do their job then perhaps we should do it for them!

ABC News accused of Treasonous Report:

Viewers, Lawmakers Condemn Network For Disclosing ‘CIA Covert Operation’

ABC News is coming under heavy attack for its exclusive report revealing a purported CIA covert operation designed to destabilize the government of Iran.

ABC’s Brian Ross reported on May 22nd:

“The CIA has received secret presidential approval to mount a covert ‘black’ operation to destabilize the Iranian government, current and former officials in the intelligence community tell the Blotter on ABCNews.com.”

“Isn’t this type of reporting TREASON?!” asked Robert Lipps in an ABC thread receiving hundreds of comments. “Where is the responsibility for the good of the country? This is disgusting! What are they thinking?” He went on to ask.

If this is supposed to be a covert operation, why in God’s name, is ABC broadcasting to the Iranians what we are doing? This is just one more example of the MSM “selling us out”. They should keep their mouths shut!

MUNCHKIN'S SATURDAY CORNER #11

Thanks Everybody!

“Hi everybody. My daddy told me about all of your prayers and well wishes, and I want to thank you all. I know how sad my daddy feels and he blames himself, but I know he loves me and it isn’t his fault. Like some people say; ‘Stuff happens’.”

“I will tell you what I told daddy, he made me happier than I ever was, giving me a home and lots of love, even if it is to be for such a short time. After all, it isn’t really the quantity that counts as much as the quality.”

“I know that daddy said this would be my last “Munchkin’s Saturday Corner”, but I told him I ain’t gone yet and that I want to blog for as long as I can. Well guess what? He couldn’t say ‘NO’”

“I was able to eat half a can of food today and I do feel a little better, so as long as I can hit the key board, I’ll keep posting on Saturdays.”

Some More of My Hillary Jokes:

The Punishment in Hell:

When Pope John Paul II died, he decided to take a peek inside the gates of hell.

There he saw the handsome John F. Kennedy with the most incredibly ugly women he had ever seen. The Pope turned and asked Satan why Kennedy was with such a hideously ugly woman. Satan replied that John F. Kennedy had done some bad things in his life time and that was his punishment.

Then the Pope saw Hillary Clinton with her arm around the most handsome man in the entire world. The Pope asked Satan what “Hillary is doing with such a handsome man?” Satan replied, “Well, that handsome man did some pretty bad things in his life and that is his punishment.”

Hillary’s health Care Plan Has:

A.) All the simplicity of the IRS.

B.) The results of rent control.

C.) The efficiency of the Post Office.

D.) The fringe benefits of higher taxes.

E.) Management success of the National Debt.

F.) Bureaucracy of the Department of Agriculture.

G.) All of the dependency of a weather forecaster

The Following is something that I post once before, but I thought that I would post it again just to remind people of something important:

Why Dogs Don't Live As Long As People...

Being a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish wolfhound named Belker. The dog's owners, Ron, his wife Lisa, and their little boy, Shane, were all very much attached to Belker and they were hoping for a miracle. I examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. I told the family there were no miracles left for Belker, and offered to perform the euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home. As we made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told me they thought it would be good for the four-year-old Shane to observe the procedure. They felt as though Shane might learn something from the experience.

The next day, I felt the familiar catch in my throat as Belker's family surrounded him. Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog for the last time. I wondered if he understood what was going on. Within a few minutes, Belker slipped peacefully away. The little boy seemed to accept Belker’s transition without any difficulty or confusion. We sat together for a while after Belker's death, wondering aloud about the sad fact that animal lives are shorter than human lives.

Shane, who had been listening quietly, piped up, "I know why." Startled, we all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned me. I'd never heard a more comforting explanation. He said, "People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life -- like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?”

The four-year-old continued, "Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay as long."

Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.

Munchkin

“God bless you all, and I hope to see ya all next week, Lord willing and the Creek don’t rise. If not, I’ll get to meet you all in heaven with my daddy.”

To My Dear Friends in Blogosphere;

This has got to be the hardest posting for me to make, as it has to do with sweet little “Munchkin” and it is not good news at all.

This morning when I took her outside for her morning walk, she could barely stand, so I called the vet that I had made the appointment with and told him that I could not wait until 3:00 pm and that I had to bring “Munchkin” in as early as possible. He agreed to see her at what ever time I could get there. I arrived at his office at 10:00 am whereupon the Doctor began his exam. He asked me when the last time was that “Munchkin” had drunk any water. I told him that that was all she did was drink water, about every 5 minutes or so. He told me that she was severely dehydrated and he needed to push fluids into her right away. He then told me to go back home and wait for him to phone me.

About 2:00 pm, he called and told me to come in to pick “Munchkin” up and he would explain what he found. When I got there, the Vet told me that he took two x-rays of “Munchkin’s” abdomen after doing a blood workup on her and it was found that she only has about 20% of her liver functioning. The vet said that she has a form of canine cirrhosis of the liver and it is the worst form, because by the time the animal starts to show any symptoms, such as not eating, it is too late because too much of the liver has been destroyed.

He had me bring her back home and he gave some medications to give her along with some special food. He told me that if she doesn’t start to eat, even a little food on her own within three to four days, then I will have to have her euthanized. He told me that her liver problem has nothing to do with the dog food I fed her that turned out to be on the recall list of tainted pet foods.

Since veterinarians are no longer allowing people to make monthly payments, and “Munchkin’s” bill came to $836.00, which was due at the time I took “Munchkin” home, I did not have that kind of money, so the vet gave me an application for a “care credit” card, which I was approved for, but now I have to figure out how I am going to pay for it, as I have to pay it off in two monthly payments, plus have the money to pay for having her euthanized when the time comes and the cost of cremation. But that is a worry for another time. I just want to concentrate on making “Munchkin” as happy and as comfortable as possible in the time she has left.

This Saturday will be her last “Munchkin’s Saturday Corner”.

FRIDAY STUFF:

The following was sent to me by email from +Symeon, bishop of the Exarchate of Camas, a canonical Orthodox exarchate observing the Julian (Old) Calendar, located in Camas, Washington, in the United States.

Jefferson Would Have Hated "Hate Crime" Legislation
By William J. Federer

"I have sworn upon the altar of God, eternal hostility against every
form of tyranny over the mind of man."
Thomas Jefferson, to Benjamin
Rush,
Sept. 23, 1800.

Inasmuch as no one, except perhaps Islamic terrorists, advocates injuring innocent people, the question has to be raised: "Is 'hate crime' legislation about preventing crime, or is it designed to promote the homosexual agenda by silencing opposing viewpoints?"

The current wording of "hate crime" legislation actually commits a hate crime against those who "think" differently than the State.

Thomas Jefferson was against this, as Europe, at the time America was founded, had established: "Whatever the king believed the kingdom had to believe."

Not wanting government to dictate their beliefs was a major reason why religious refugees fled to America. England established Anglican beliefs, passing the Oath of Supremacy in 1559 and the Test Act of 1673, which barred all non-conformist Protestants and Catholics from holding public office.

Today’s radical left is establishing a new State authorized belief, a new Oath of Supremacy, a new Test Act.

On June 29, 2004, Sweden arrested 63 year-old Pastor Ake Green for reading Bible verses at church. The prosecuting attorney stated: “One may have whatever religion one wishes, but this an attack on all fronts against homosexuals. Collecting Bible cites on this topic as he (Pastor Green) does, makes this hate speech.”

France and Canada fined legislators for voicing opinions that did not embrace radical homosexuality. In Boston, the State ordered Catholic Charities to violate their religious beliefs and place children in gay households or cease all their adoption operations.

Siding with radical homosexuals are Islamic jihadists who want the “hate crime” bill passed to muzzle those who expose them.

Jefferson would be against taxing people to promote a sexual agenda in which they disbelieved, as he wrote in his Draft For a Bill For Establishing Religious Freedom in 1779:

“To compel a man to furnish contributions of money for propagation of opinions which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.”

Jefferson would oppose the U.S. Congress coercing with civil “incapacitations” those who “THINK” differently than the State, those who hold traditional American religious beliefs regarding sex and marriage, as he wrote in his Virginia Statute of Religious Liberty, of January 16, 1786:

“Almighty God hath created the mind free, and manifested His Supreme Will that free it shall remain by making it altogether insusceptible of restraints. That all attempts to influence it by temporal punishments, or burdens, or by civil incapacitations, tend only to begat habits of hypocrisy and meanness, and are a departure from the plan of the Holy Author of religion, who being Lord of both body and mind, yet chose not to propagate it by coercions on either, as was in His Almighty power to do, but to extend it by its influence on reason alone…”

“Be it therefore enacted…that no man…shall be enforced, restrained, molested, or burdened in his body or goods, nor shall otherwise suffer, on account of his religious opinions or belief. But that all men shall be free to profess and by argument to maintain their opinion in matters of religion, and that the same shall in no wise diminish, enlarge, or affect their civil capacities.”

In light of the Democrat Congress promoting the gay agenda, Jefferson gave interesting insight in his Draft For A Bill For Establishing Religious Freedom, 1779, when he stated:

“The impious presumption of legislators….being themselves but fallible….have assumed dominion over the faith of others, setting up their own opinions and modes of thinking as the only true and infallible, and as such endeavoring to impose them on others….Proscribing any citizen as unworthy the public confidence by laying upon him an incapacity of being called to offices of trust…unless he profess or renounce this or that religious opinion…The opinions of men are not the object of civil government, nor under its jurisdiction… To suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion…destroys all religious liberty.”

Traditional Judeo-Christian religious doctrine believes sex is sacred between a man and a woman. The proposed “Hate Crime” Bill would amount to the U.S. Congress assuming authority over religious doctrine.

Prior to the Revolution, Jefferson opposed the Intolerable Acts passed by the British Parliament in 1774, which treated individuals loyal to the Crown as “more equal” before the administration of justice than American rebels.

If “all men are created equal” as Jefferson wrote in the Declaration, then criminals who commit the same crime should be punished equally, regardless of their victim’s age, race, ethnic origin, sexual preferences or status in the community.

To punish criminals more based on who the victim is establishes that all other victims are of less value and therefore unequal. To give special rights to one group, is to take rights from another group. Therefore, all “Hate Crime” legislation is unconstitutional and illegal.

Radical gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, etc., not only want to come out of the closet, they want to push Christians into it. They want to commit the crime on others that they have accused others of having committed against them.

Could it be that the real hate crime is about to be committed by the radical left against those who hold traditional American values?

President Reagan asked at the Ecumenical Prayer Breakfast, on August 23, 1984:

“The frustrating thing is that those who are attacking religion claim they are doing it in the name of tolerance…Question: Isn’t the real truth that they are intolerant of religion?”

William J. Federer is a best-selling author, former U.S. congressional candidate and president of Amerisearch, Inc.
