What is “Common Law?”

Common Law is embodied in our Constitution. To understand this, let us first summarize the Ten Commandments since Common Law is based upon the Judeo/Christian principles of the Ten Commandments.

The Ten Commandments represent GOD’S GOVERNMENT OVER MAN-KIND! God commands us for our own good to give up wrongs (NOT rights). His system always results in LIBERTY and FREEDOM! The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are built on this foundation, which provides for punitive justice. In other words, it is not until one damages another’s person or property that he/she can be punished. Simply put, Common Law is basically COMMON SENSE.

Directly above the Chief Justice’s chair, in the United States Supreme Court, is a tablet representing the Ten Commandments. When the Speaker of the House in the U.S. Congress looks up, his/her eyes look into the face of Moses. “The Bible is the Book upon which this Republic rests.” – Andrew Jackson, Seventh President of the United States.

All the miseries and evils which men suffer from vice, crime, ambition, injustice, oppression, slavery, and war, proceed from their despising or neglecting the precepts contained in the Bible.”

There are, fundamentally, two competing systems of man-made law in the world that are in constant ideological conflict against each other. One is the Common Law and the other is the Civil Law, or Roman Civil Law.

The Common Law, as embodied in the US Constitution, for the protection and security of persons and property, is Substantive Common Law - [substantive right: a right {as of life, liberty, property, or reputation} held to exist for its own sake and to constitute part of the normal legal order of society] - the intention of the Founding Fathers being the assurance of access to this law by the people.

In the Civil Law, the source of all law is the personal ruler, whether, king, or emperor; he is sovereign. In the Common Law, certainly as developed in America, the source of all law is the people. They, as a whole, are sovereign.

During the centuries, these two systems have had an almost deadly rivalry for the control of society, the Civil Law and its fundamental concepts being the instrument through which ambitious men of genius and selfishness have set up and maintained despotisms: the Common Law, with its basic principles, being the instrument through which men of equal genius, but with love of mankind burning in their souls, have established and preserved liberty and free institutions. The Constitution of the United States embodies the loftiest concepts yet framed of this exalted concept.

Our heritage of Freedoms and Rights, laid forth in our DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE and in the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, is a direct result of the Common Law, deriving its authority solely from usages and customs of immemorial antiquity. The Common Law is the legal embodiment of practical common sense, and, its guiding star has always been the rule of right and wrong -the Golden Rule.

The basic element of the substantive Common Law is you [the individual man (m/f)]. In this jurisdiction, you are the sovereign and the captain of your own ship.

I hope to present further evidence in coming postings that will show how other parts of the Constitution dealing with the totally different jurisdictions of Admiralty and Maritime Law, have been used to subvert the people into, or under this jurisdiction, and bar access to the substantive Common Law.

Alex Jones is a world renowned defender of YOUR Constitutional Rights...

My concerns have a lot to do with what I believe and practice as an Orthodox Catholic Christian.

What Alex Jones is broadcasting, may seem a bit far fetched to some of you, but I am finding that 99% of everything he claims, he has been able to back up with documentation and reliable reference material... He is no phony! He is no lunatic! He is honest, upfront, a bit brazen, but totally and wholly forthright because he is concerned about YOUR U.S. CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS... He is a no-nonsense kind of fellow who is not a fear monger! He is a realist!

As you listen to this man on live radio via the internet (link provided below), you may be surprised and wondering if he is some sort of "kook"... The answer is definitely "NO"... Again, he's a realist! He documents his findings and brings them to the radio studio for presentation to you the Citizen!

In order to gain perspective of this man's broadcasts, listening to just one radio show is not enough. For if you do, you will NOT get the real picture in your mind of what he is talking about and will therefore indeed switch him off. To really get an honest and forthright understanding... you need to listen to him several different times ... Listen hard, listen deep! You will find he is really waging war against corruption in government and how that corruption affects you, your very beliefs, your children, your schools, your constitutional rights, even the economics of this nation and the world!

Daily News is very important to those who are true Orthodox Catholic Christians. For without knowing or gaining information for understanding about what is happening in ones local area and around the world, you could find yourself faced with denied services in the secular area, lack of income, even (although it sounds far-fetched) ability to worship openly for the time is not far off when all will have to decide if we wish to follow the Anti-Christ through the One World Church and One World Government as prophesied by the Book of Revelation of St. John or follow the faith delivered once and for all which will cause for many to be denied the abilities to survive under those kind of conditions, causing for one to consider other options.

Events are already rushing toward that time in which this is beginning to happen and will become more fully wide-spread. In these present times all you need to really do is look around in both your local and larger areas as to what is really on-going. Things so very little or miniscule that they are barely noticeable except to the more informed observer.

Those little things are the laws of the land, economics, politics and many other things such as the manner with which entertainment has taken over much of the populace, entering into and becoming a major focus in worship, and more. I ask you, if you don't want to believe me... Have you heard, seen or found what is termed (of the many terms being used) that there are "holding areas" or "camps" or "Closed/Fenced communities" being built by GOVERNMENT?
