SOME DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING NEWS:
This is to let you know of some very disgusting and disturbing news I just heard on the Fox News Channel concerning those two Border Agents who have been imprisoned and are now serving 11 to 12 years in a Federal prison for shooting an illegal immigrant Mexican drug smuggler in the butt. Now there is a deputy sheriff who is now facing similar charges and jail time for shooting another illegal immigrant smuggler.
According to Fox News, the government just released a 3,000 page transcript, which contained the following information:
1. The Mexican Had over 700 lbs. of drugs in his vehicle;
2. He refused to cooperate with the prosecutor unless and until
he was guaranteed immunity from prosecution for drug
smuggling;
3. During the trial of the two border agents, the Mexican drug
smuggler stayed as a guest in the home of another border
agent who was a boyhood friend of the smuggler;
4. The government of Mexico DEMANDED that an agreement
be signed, whereby any and all U.S. law enforcement
officers or officials who fire on any Mexican in the U.S.
illegally for smuggling drugs, persons or anything else, is
to be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law by the U.S.
Our government signed the agreement.
This explains why, at a news conference yesterday, when asked by a reporter if he was going to pardon the two agents, President Bush answered by telling the reporter twice that he will NOT answer any questions concerning the two agents or any one else.
