First I would like to apologize to “Blandly Urban” who tagged me last week, but due to the despicable emails that I had received, that had me so steamed, I did not respond to that tag, so I shall do so now:

My blog is about all of the liberal insanity that abounds in the world today, which includes political correctness, communist/socialist ideology. Yuk!

Quit Your Bitching and Take Action NOW!

I read blog after blog and I listen to pundits on Fox News, every single day and I hear people grouse, gripe and complain about our elected officials turning a deaf ear to the voice of We The People.

We complain constantly about how the government bows to special interest groups and big business while the rights, freedoms and wishes of the average American citizen are trampled on. Every single day, we see more and more unconstitutional (and therefore illegal) laws being enacted either by Congress or by the President through Executive Orders, while the real problems go unsolved and fester like open wounds.

No one seems to be able offer any real solutions, either out of fear, ignorance or just plain apathy. For some time now, I have been trying to educate people as to the rights and the POWER we, as individual citizens, have under the Constitution of the United States.

I have been trying to get it into peoples’ heads that those in government, including ALL members of Congress, as well as the president and vice-president, WORK FOR US. We elect them into office, we pay their salaries. This IS a government BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE and OF THE PEOPLE. Simply put, We are the People! This is OUR Government and OUR country. When we elect people into office, whether it is on the local, state or federal level, we elect them to represent us. We do not elect them to represent or cater to special interest groups or foreign countries. When they are elected to and assume office, this is STILL our government and our country, it does not become the office holders government to do as they damn well please.

We have been told for years now, that if we don’t like what our elected officials are doing or if we don’t like some of the laws, then we have the power of the ballot box and change things through our vote. Bull S%#T! That hasn’t worked for many years because the people running for office, from both parties, are beholden to the special interest groups who buy them off, so even if we vote scum out of office, new scum comes in and it is business as usual.

BUT THERE IS A VERY SIMPLE SOLUTION: That is if you have ears to hear and eyes to see, and most importantly, if you have the intestinal fortitude to stand up and take your country back and fight to keep the freedoms and rights that the founding fathers and your grandfathers, husbands, sons, brothers, uncles, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, etc., fought and died for.

Please pay close attention to what I am about to say, and think about it, because it will make the difference between freedom, peace and happiness or total enslavement and a life of bitterness for you, your children and grandchildren. The choice is entirely up to each of you. I only hope and pray that you make the right choice. That choice is to make a stand to rise up and do what ever it takes to take back the government which our forefathers gave us, or continue to cower, grovel and lick the boots of those who have and are continuing to steal your rights and freedoms and to sell you out to a One World Government.

There is a problem, a huge problem that permeates not only the government, but our entire society. I am not going to ask you what the problem is, rather I am going to TELL you what the problem is:

THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT LISTENING TO US BECAUSE SO FAR, THEY KNOW THAT DON’T HAVE TO, ONLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FEAR ANY REPRISAL FROM THE PEOPLE.

You see folks, we have allowed them to get away with it, year after year, and by doing so, we have given them our tacit permission to go on ignoring us, therefore, they feel that they are no longer accountable to us.

HERE IT IS, SO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION:

We are a Constitutional Republic. "We The People" have the power! It is such awesome power that we only need a few of us in each State and those few need to only wield a little bit of it. Lets start to use that power.

What in the Constitution holds our elected officials to its terms (other than the fact that it [the Constitution] is the Supreme Law of the Land)? The answer is found in Article II Section 1- Clause 8:

Before he enters on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

ALL members of congress, and all elected officials all the way down to the State and Local level are required to take the same or similar oath.

Another mention in the Constitution in regard to the Legislative or Judicial branch’s oath, is found in Article VI Section 3:

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, SHALL BE BOUND by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States. (Emphasis is mine).

What does “SHALL BE BOUND” really mean? In plain and simple terms, it means that simply mouthing an oath does not meet the duty of office. They Shall Be Bound! If they are not bound to their oaths, then they are free to whatever their hearts desire, which makes them traitors or enemies to our Republic. When they enact and enforce laws that are blatantly Un-Constitutional then they are in breach and are traitors to the Republic and the People. If they have not "BOUND" themselves to an oath then they are enemies of the People. Their crimes are self-evident.

The penalty for such a crime used to be “DEATH BY HANGING”! Do we have to go to this extreme? NO! But we DO have make them understand that we are prepared to do so and we will make good on our threat. They know we have the right and power to do so.

Simply by forming small groups and serving our elected officials, our public servants, with a written petition, in person, stating our intentions to hold them accountable or else we will force them to comply. This means immediately! It does not mean letting them finish out their term of office and then voting them out of office, it means NOW, immediately, no ifs, ands or buts.

Start at the Local and State level. Begin with the Judges First, then move on to your mayors, members of the School Board, City or Town Councils. Continue to move on up to your County and State reps and legislators, all the way up to your State Governor and Congressional members of the House of Representatives and the United States Senate. If they refuse to comply, then, and only then, will they need an example to understand that we are SERIOUS and we do mean business. One or two examples should be enough to get their complete and undivided attention. It is within our power and IT IS NOT ONLY OUR RIGHT, IT IS OUR DUTY AS CITIZENS OF THIS REPUBLIC AND UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION. If law enforcement attempts to intervene, then serve the Sheriff. He is also under oath and he damn well knows it.

Many of the problems facing our country today, are largely due to a criminal departure from the Founding Documents of our nation. It is about time that the citizens of this nation realize that any law, agency or organization that is outside of the Constitution is NOT a law, agency or organization as per the “contract” (Constitution) and is therefore “null and void”, CASE CLOSED, END OF DISCUSSION! If you do not know or understand the difference between Our Republic, Our State Citizenship and the Corporation and Country known as "The United States of America" then you are screwed.

They are fictions. They are not sovereign and we have no duty nor can we be forced to submit to these abominations. Please understand, contrary to what you have been taught in our public (government) schools, contrary to what you have been told by our elected officials and our politicians, and contrary to what the mass-media likes to force feed you on a daily basis, We are not a Democracy! The founding fathers did not found this country, nor did they intend it to be a Democracy. We ARE a Constitutional Republic! Therefore, after serving our "public servants" with our presentment (petition) and if they don't immediately begin dismantling these unconstitutional abominations then we comeback a month later with the Sheriff and force them out of office and put them on trial for dereliction of duty and treason against the CONSTITUTION, the PEOPLE and the COUNTRY. Once a few of our elected officials, Representatives, Senators, Judges, etc., have been arrested, tried, convicted and executed for TREASON, the rest of them will get the hint that WE ARE EXTREMELY SERIOUS and they will end their un-Constitutional actions.

HOW CAN WE ACCOMPLISH THIS?: That is very simple, we need to rally around one person in each State and coordinate your efforts. Give the public servants 30 days to respond to the will of the people. If after thirty days it is business as usual. Then it is time for pitchforks and torches. It is not "We the People" who are in rebellion; it is they, in Government who are the rebels. THEY SERVE US! WE ARE THE PEOPLE! We have the right, power and duty to do this. They are the criminals and it is they who are in rebellion! It is time we do something about it. I mean right now!

Once we have gotten our run-away government back under our control, then that will be the correct time for us to argue about the direction that we, THAT IS “WE”, NOT the special interest groups, big business or international bankers, want our nation to go.
