Hillary’s True Colors:

Hitlery Clinton is showing her true colors when it comes to illegal immigration when she announced that a former president of the National Council of La Raza, Raul Yzaguirre, was to be the co-chair of her election campaign to lead its outreach to Hispanic voters. You mean like the illegal immigrants who vote for your husband when he ran for his second term?

Ira Mehlman of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) says the National Council of La Raza has had a clear agenda over the years and has for a long time been “one of the prime advocates for illegal immigrants” in the United States. He believes that Hillary’s naming of that groups former leader as her campaign co-chair is a very telling move.

“The people that candidates bring onto their campaigns usually are a pretty good indication of which direction they want to go on any particular issue,” Mehlman said. It is a well known fact that La Raza has worked hard, Mehlman went on to say, “to make sure that laws against illegal immigration were not enforced and that illegal immigrants themselves paid no consequences for having violated the law, and La Raza members have been lobbyists for programs like amnesty and all sorts of other benefits for people who are in the country illegally.

CONFIDENCE IN THEIR LEADERS

In a unanimous decision agreed to on Sunday, the top leadership of the National Border Patrol Council lambasted Aguilar for his silence on behalf of Ignacio Ramos, 37, and Jose Alonso Compean, 28, who are serving 11 and 12 year sentences, respectively, as a result of testimony given by a drug-smuggler who claimed his “civil rights” were violated when he was shot in the a$$ while trying to run across the Mexico border after dropping 743 pounds of marijuana during their pursuit of him.

NBPC President T.J. Bonner said that Aguilar’s lack of support for field agents has caused attrition among the ranks, plummeting morale and a growing disconnect between field agents and leadership.

“Front-line Border Patrol agents who risk their lives protecting our borders have every reason to expect that the leadership of their own agency will support them,” Bonner said. “When this does not occur, and instead they are undermined by their so-called leaders, no one should be surprised when they express a loss of confidence in those leaders.”

Among other reasons given, the resolution accuses the chief of “shamelessly promoting amnesty and a greatly expanded guest-worker program as key elements of the solution to the illegal immigration crisis” despite intense opposition from front-line agents “who risk their lives enforcing our nations immigration laws”. It also is critical of the agency’s willingness “to cut corners in the hiring and training” of new agents. Do you suppose that this is due to G.W’s direct orders to Aguilar, since Bush wants open Borders?

SOME STUPIDITY FROM THE TREE HUGGING ENVIRONMENTALISTS:

Sheryl Crow has come out with a new FATWA from the loony left-wing environmentalists. It is called “THE ONE SQUARE PER VISIT RULE” What is that you ask? Well, it seems that we could cut down on the “Greenhouse” effect that is causing global warming if each person would use “No more than ONE square of toilet paper every time they visit the loo”. I’m serious folks, she actually said that.

I suppose that the following will be the new mantra of the left:

“In my bathroom do not linger, if no paper use your finger.”

House Judiciary Committee Fast Tracking So-Called Hate Crimes Bill This Week

The House Judiciary Committee is fast-tracking the so-called hate crimes bill, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007 (H.R. 1592). It will be voted out of the committee this week.

Tomorrow -Tuesday , April 24 -- House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security will markup (amend) the bill and vote it out of subcommittee.

Wednesday , April 25 -- full House Judiciary Committee will markup (amend) the bill and vote it out of committee. It could reach the floor early the next week.

H.R. 1592 will make homosexuals or gender confused individuals’ federally-protected classes under federal law! If this happens, homosexuals, drag queens, transsexuals and other “sexual orientations” can claim protected minority status!

The passage of H.R. 1592 is a serious threat to religious liberty. It will be used to lay the legal foundation and establish a framework to investigate, persecute and prosecute pastors, business owners or anyone else whose actions are based upon the truths found in the Bible, which have previously been protected by the First Amendment. This will result in a chilling effect on religious freedom.

We urge you to contact members of the Subcommittee and the full Committee and ask that they vote AGAINST passage of H.R. 1592. We have listed their names and phone numbers below.

No Epidemic Of Hate Crimes Exists!

The FBI statistics for the past ten years show that hate crimes are declining every year.

H.R. 1592 falsely claims in Section 2, without any evidence, that “the incidence of violence motivated by the actual or perceived race, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or disability of the victim poses a serious national problem.”

FBI statistics from 2005 (the latest available) reveal that there is no national epidemic of hate against minority groups or against homosexuals.

According to the FBI, in 2005 there were only 5,190 hate crimes directed against all persons. Of this figure, only 1,171 were sexual orientation bias crimes. Out of this 1,171:

301 were listed as “intimidation.”
333 were listed as “simple assault.”
177 were listed as aggravated assault! There was one forcible rape and no murders based on sexual orientation in 2005.
1 forcible rape; 30 robberies; 10 burglaries; 27 larcency-theft; 2 motor vehicle theft; 1 arson; 275 damage/vandalism; 3 other; 5 crimes against society.

Nationwide there were 862,947 aggravated assaults against all persons . (Source: FBI Crime in the United States 2005, Aggravated Assault)

Out of 862,947 cases of aggravated assault, only 177 were motivated by sexual orientation bias. This is 0.000205 percent of all aggravated assaults in 2005.

For a number of years now, I have been telling people that our country, our sovereignty, our personal freedoms are being sold out. I have warned time and again that our politicians are like puppets whose strings are being pulled by some very rich and powerful individuals.

There is one individual in particular who is a multibillionaire who is amassing tremendous power through various political foundations as well as the MSM. This individual is extremely dangerous to our country as he IS doing every thing in his power to BUY our elections in this country. The above people are out to destroy America as we know it, pushing ultra Socialist/Communist ideas. The man that I am speaking of, has publicly stated and made known is utter contempt and hatred of the United States. He is even financing many of the Terrorist groups, in a round about way.
