The Golden Pig Award is going to the finest “Pig” of all, none other than Rosie O’ Donnell. Ms. O’Donnell, the “Grand Dyke of Gun Control” is receiving this auspicious award for posting this picture of her “daughter” Vivian, wearing an ammunition belt, on her website. “Way to go Rosie!”

This is Vivian O’Donnell, Rosie’s daughter. Is Rosie training to bring her up to be another “Dyke”?

Today’s “Grand Mooselim Osama Award” is going to an unnamed individual. He is unnamed only because I do not know his name.

This individual appeared in a documentary shown on the Fox News Channel this past Sunday. The documentary was about the fear that “Moderate Muslims” have of the “Islamists”, which is why many of the moderates refuse to speak out against the terrorists.

The documentary was filmed mainly in Denmark and France. The individual who I am giving this dubious award to is a young Islamist, who immigrated to Denmark from Pakistan. When he was interviewed by the maker of the documentary, this nit wit made the following statement:

“If you want to live together with us in peace, the answer is very simple, ‘Give up your democracies and your freedoms and submit to our rules’ and we shall have peace. Democracy is no good. If you refuse we will attack you, either way Islam wins.”

Isn’t that wonderful, you immigrate to somebody else’s country and then you dictate to them what they should do? If I were in charge, I would forcefully deport anyone who acts that way, and since their “religion” is so violent, I would ban it.

"Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. For this, I will give you a life span of twenty years."

The dog said: "That's a long time to be barking. How about only ten years, and I'll give you back the other ten?"

"Entertain people, do tricks, and make them laugh. For this, I'll give you a twenty-year life span.”

The monkey said: "Monkey tricks for twenty years? That's a pretty long time to perform. How about I give you back ten like the dog did?"

On the third day, God created the cow and said:

"You must go into the field with the farmer all day long and suffer under the sun, have calves and give milk to support the farmer's family. For this, I will give you a life span of sixty years."

The cow said: "That's kind of a tough life you want me to live for sixty years. How about twenty and I'll give back the other forty?"

Once more, God agreed.

Finally on the sixth day, God created man and said:

"Eat, sleep, play, marry and enjoy your life. For this, I'll give you twenty years."

But man said: "Only twenty years? Could you possibly give me my twenty, the forty the cow gave back, the ten the monkey gave back, and the ten the dog gave back; that makes eighty, okay?

"Okay," said God, "You asked for it."

So that is why for our first twenty years we eat, sleep, play and enjoy ourselves. For the next forty years we slave in the sun to support our family. For the next ten years we do monkey tricks to entertain the grandchildren. And for the last ten years we sit on the front porch and bark at everyone.

Through the following sequence of events, beginning with the Declaration of Independence on July 4^th 1776, I will show you how our courts have been converted to courts of Admiralty that have no jurisdiction to hear Common Law (Bill of Rights) issues brought before them.

These events are, as follows:

What I intend to prove through facts is that:

a.) The Declaration of Independence along with the U.S. Constitution are ordinances within the Laws of Nations.

b.) The primary and compelling reason for the Declaration of Independence was to eliminate Admiralty Law and Admiralty jurisdiction from the Domestic Law of the colonies.

c.) That the Judiciary Act of 1879 clearly recognized a distinct and separate jurisdiction of Admiralty Law from that of Domestic Law [Common Law].

d.) That the formula and the blueprint of the Federal reserve System* is identical in its essential features, to that of the George Rapp Harmony Society; and to the Tontine Insurance schemes [which are pure wagering policies; and, are specifically forbidden in the constitutions of several states].

*Not to mention that the Federal Reserve System is in and of itself totally illegal, both in its Constitutionality and in the way it was instituted in to the Constitution.

e.) That the Federal Reserve is a maritime lender and insurance underwriter to the United States; and, as such has no risk in the maritime venture as a lender, or as insurer, has no vested interest in the subject matter insured.

f.) That the subject matter insured by the Federal Reserve is the Public National Credit System, which is a maritime venture for profit under limited liability for payment of debt.

g.) That for the privilege of limited liability for payment of debt, anyone who benefits from the Public National Credit [provided by the Federal Reserve] has an insurable interest in a maritime voyage – and is therefore subject to, and can be required to, make premium payments under the Law of Admiralty and Maritime [the income tax] – as long as the contract is in force.

h.) That all of the resources of the United States have been pledged to the Federal Reserve as a security for the Public National Credit System.

i.) The House Joint Resolution 192, passed by Congress on June 5^th 1933, made it impossible for anyone to pay a debt at law; and this fact makes anyone who benefits from the Public National Credit System a sole merchant, subject to Admiralty Jurisdiction in all controversies involving said credit.

j.) Due to the House Joint Resolution 192, we have lost access to substantive Common Law, we have lost our allodial land titles – and a foreign jurisdiction of Admiralty law has been imposed upon our domestic law – just as took place over two hundred years ago

Declaration of Independence – July 4, 1776

There were many reasons which impelled the American colonists to separate themselves from Great Britain, but the most important reasons were stated in the Declaration of Independence. It was written in the form of a formal complaint [an action at law] containing a Declaration, a Common Law Bill of Particulars [Counts] and a prayer to the Supreme Judge of the world.

The purpose of the declaration was to assume among the powers of the Earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and the Laws of God entitle them to declare the causes which compel them to the separation. For the purpose of this lesson, I will focus in on the 13^th Count where it is stated that He [king George] has combined with others to subjugate the colonists to a jurisdiction foreign to their constitution and unacknowledged by the laws of the colonies. The Declaration then goes on to define the foreign jurisdiction as follows:

+ For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

+ For protecting, by mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states:

+ For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world:

+ For imposing taxes upon us without our consent:

+ For depriving us, in many cases, of the benefit of trial by jury:

+ For abolishing the free system of English laws, in our neighboring province, establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies:

+ For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments:

+ For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

So what was this jurisdiction foreign to their constitution? Each and every itemized complaint in the 13^th count falls under the jurisdiction of Admiralty Law and the Law of Nations. Even though the colonists were British subjects, they were being treated as if they were a conquered nation – such treatment being sanctioned in one jurisdiction only – that is the Law of Admiralty, plain and simple.

The Declaration further states that as United Colonies “as Free and Independent States, they have the full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states, may of right do.”

Therefore, upon signing the Declaration, they were openly declaring to all the nations of the world that they were of equal status and that thereby they were bound by the Law of Nations when dealing with other nations. The Declaration also clearly set forth the colonist’s intention to ban the Admiralty Jurisdiction from within State borders, and from the domestic law of the states. This was the main reason for the separation from the British Crown.

This act also broke the hold of English Feudalism over colonial land and instantly converted all land title to allodiums (Freehold estate; land which is the absolute property of the owner; real estate held in absolute independence, without being subject to any rent, service, or acknowledgement to a superior. It is thus opposed to feud). This fact was clearly analyzed by the Supreme Court of the State of Pennsylvania in the case of Wallace V. Harmstead in 1863, when the court said: “I see no way of solving this question, except by determining whether our Pennsylvania titles are allodial or feudal.—“ “I venture to suggest that much of the confusion of ideas that prevails on this subject has come from our retaining, since the American revolution, the feudal nomenclature of estates and tenures, as fee, freehold, heirs, feoffment, and the like.”

So, the question comes down to: is fealty any part of our land tenures? What Pennsylvanian ever received his lands by publicly and humbly kneeling before his lord, being ungirt, uncovered, and holding up his hands both together between those of the lord, who sat before him, and there professing that he did become his man from that day forth, for life and limb, and certainly honor, and then receiving a kiss from his lord? This was the oath of fealty, which according to Sir Martin Wright, the essential feudal bond so necessary to the very notion of a feud. “We are then to regard the Revolution and these acts of Assembly as emancipating every acre of soil of Pennsylvania from the grand characteristics of the feudal system. Even as to the lands held by the proprietaries (city of Philadelphia) themselves, they held them as other citizens held, under the Commonwealth, and that by a title purely allodial.”

Bloomberg’s Tightie Whities Must Be too tight!

NEW YORK (AP) - Poor residents will be rewarded for good behavior - like $300 for doing well on school tests, $150 for holding a job and $200 for visiting the doctor - under an experimental anti-poverty program that city officials detailed Monday.

The rewards have been used in other countries, including Brazil and Mexico, and have drawn widespread praise for changing behavior among the poor. Mayor Michael Bloomberg traveled to Mexico this spring to study the healthy lifestyle payments, also known as conditional cash transfers.

In New York, the two-year pilot program with about 14,000 participants will use private funds Bloomberg has raised because he did not want to spend government money on something that is highly experimental. More than $43 million has been raised toward the $53 million goal, Deputy Mayor Linda Gibbs said.

The theory behind cash rewards is that poor people are trapped in a cycle of repeated setbacks that keep them from climbing out of poverty. A person who doesn't keep up with his vaccinations and doctor's visits, for example, may get sick more often and struggle to stay employed.

Bloomberg, a billionaire Republican, said he believes paying people in such circumstances to make good decisions could help break those patterns. The program "gives New Yorkers in poverty a financial incentive to look ahead and make decisions that will improve their prospects for the future," he said in a statement.

But some critics have raised questions about cash reward programs, saying they promote the misguided idea that poor people could be successful if they just made better choices.

"It just reinforces the impression that if everybody would just work hard enough and change their personal behavior we could solve poverty in this country, and that's not reflected in the facts," said Margy Waller, co-founder of Inclusion, a research and policy group in Washington.

Waller, who served as a domestic policy adviser in the Clinton administration, said it would be more effective to focus on labor issues, such as making sure wage laws are enforced and improving benefits for working people.

Among the possible rewards in New York's program are $25 for attending parent-teacher conferences, $25 per month for a child who maintains a 95 percent school attendance record, $400 for graduating high school, $100 for each family member who sees the dentist every six months and $150 a month for adults who work full time.

The World Bank model for cash reward programs in other countries is that the value of the incentive should equal about a third of a household's income to have any lasting influence on changing behavior. The average amount that a family or adult can earn through the rewards each year is about $3,000 to $6,000; a family of three living in poverty earns about $17,000 a year.

Recipients, who are being selected this summer before the program begins in the fall, will be able to have the money deposited directly into their bank accounts. If they don't have accounts, they can get cards that are like debit cards but cannot be overdrawn.

The city is asking the federal government to excuse the payments from being taxed. Participants will be divided into three smaller programs that have different criteria and awards: one for about 2,550 families, one for 2,400 single adults and another for 9,000 children in grades 4 to 7.

To measure the effectiveness of the rewards, control groups of similar size will not be paid but will be studied by participating in regular surveys and reviews from an outside social policy research group, Gibbs said. The control participants will receive small incentives, such as weekly MetroCards for paying bus and subway fares, for their time and trouble.

Jerusalem's High Court of Justice Thursday gave men and women who have not only chosen to engage in unnatural sexual relationships, but insist on parading those relationships in public, permission to do so in the streets of the capital - a city cherished as holy by more than half the population of the planet.

As a result of the ruling, tens of thousands of normal Jerusalemites - Jews, Christians and Muslims - had their basic rights and freedoms, as well as their religious sensitivities, trampled underfoot.

Early Thursday morning, traffic in and out of the central business district was choked up when a 7,000 strong police force began cordoning off main thoroughfares in the heart of the city.

Tempers boiled over as hundreds of children were late getting to school, adults were delayed reaching their work places, students and employers had to return home early, and people had to endure a thousand-and-one other resulting complications in the heat of the day.

The police were unmoved. Their task was to ensure that a few hundred residents, plus a few hundred more participants from around the country, could have their two-hour event later in the day free from molestation, even though they (the demonstrators) would molest the minds and hearts of the people who would see them in action.

Giving the "V" for victory sign, the homosexual and lesbian marchers and their supporters walked the few hundred designated yards from assembly point along King David Street, laughing and singing as they went.

The staff of Open House, a militant organization that has fought to get a foothold in this city, was clearly elated at its achievement.

With this march it believes it has taken another giant step for homosexual kind, humiliating religious Jews in the municipality, including Mayor Uri Lupolianski, spitting in the face of God-fearing Jews and Christians, and flaunting its perverse ways in very face of the God of Israel.

He, however, has declared these lifestyles to be an abomination, and has warned that He will give those who practice such things over to their "uncleanness" to "vile passions" and to a "debased mind," and will allow them to "dishonor their bodies among themselves."

Madness from the World Around Me

Jimmy Carter has diarrhea of the mouth again

Former President Jimmy Carter had another one of his “Brain Farts”. Now he is calling the United States “criminal” because we back the more moderate Palestinian Fatah instead of the radical Hamas.

Carter is quoted by the AP in Dublin saying to Ireland’s 8^th Annul Forum on Human Rights “The administration’s refusal to accept the 2006 election victory of Hamas was criminal.’

Carter seems to forget that Hamas just ousted the Fatah government out of Gaza. He also forgets that Hamas’ plan, right from the start was to topple the Fatah government. And, if the Fatah Prime minister doesn’t trust Hamas, then how does “Mr. Peanut” think that the U.S. can trust them.

Mr. Carter, please, for your own sake, either check into a nice quite nursing home or go have a frontal lobotomy.

Voter Nullification:

Did you know that hundreds, if not thousand of voters in the United States are having their votes nullified after the elections are over and the person they elected has already taken office?

What I am talking about is elected officials who run as a Republican, Democrat or Independent, and are elected into office by the members of their respective parties. Then some time after they have been sworn in and have taken office, they suddenly switch party affiliation. Another way that voters have their votes nullified is when a candidate will run for office as a Republican, then once they have been elected and have taken office, every thing they do, every thing they vote for and every thing they support is in favor of the Democrats.

This is Not RIGHT and certainly should not be legal. If Republicans go to the polls and vote for a Republican to represent them, then they have every right to expect and demand that the candidate, who ran on the Republican ticket and wins, will and should represent them as a Republican and push for the Republican agenda. In other words, when I go to the polls and vote for a Republican candidate, and that candidate wins, I have every right to expect them to represent MY views. If I wanted Democratic laws and programs, I would have voted for a Democrat in the first place.

A perfect example of what I am talking about is Michael Bloomberg, the billionaire mayor of New York City. Bloomberg was a staunch life-long democrat, but he switched parties, becoming a republican for the purpose of running for the Office of Mayor. He was voted in by the members of the Republican Party. Yesterday, Bloomberg announced that he has left the Republican Party and is now an Independent. Even though he is denying it, many believe that he did this for the purpose of running for the Office of President on the Independent ticket.

Prior to Bloomberg, Rudy Giuliani was the Mayor of New York. Rudy also ran as a Republican and was elected by Republican voters, but from the time he was elected and took office, everything he did and supported was in favor of the Democrats. The former Governor of New York, George Pataki did the exact same thing. He ran on the Republican ticket, was elected by Republican voters but supported all of the Democratic programs and agenda.

How about the Republican voters who elected Sen. John McCain into office? He calls himself a Republican, but his voting record is anything but. McCain spends more time voting with Sen. T. Kennedy, Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. John Kerry.

What do you think this does to your votes? If this kind of stuff isn’t voter nullification, then I don’t know what is. If elected officials are allowed to constantly run on one party’s ticket, but then vote with and support the opposite party, or if they are allowed to switch horses in the middle of the stream (switch parties after they are elected and sworn in) then our votes do not count. Our votes are being NULLIFIED, and this makes our elections a sham.

It is about time that we stand up and put an end to this dishonesty on the part of our political candidates. This is NOT right nor is it fair to the voters of this country. When we go to the polls, we have the RIGHT to have our votes count.

More Ignorant political correctness from our public schools:

A rule against physical contact at a Fairfax County middle school is so strict that students can be sent to the principal’s for hugging, holding hands or even high-fiving.

Unlike some schools in the Washington area, which ban fighting or inappropriate touching, Kilmer Middle School bans all touching – and that has some parents pushing for a change.

When will this madness end?

The following are the various rights as listed in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, but pay close attention to Article 29:

Article 1;

Article 10;

Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by and independent and impartial tribunal, in determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

Article 11;

(1) Anyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has all the guarantees necessary for his defense.

(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

Article 12;

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 13;

(1) Everyone has the right of freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.

(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Article 14;

(1) Everyone has the right to seek and enjoy other countries asylum from persecution.

(2) This right may not be invoked in the case of persecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 15;

(1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.

(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

Article 16;

(1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.

(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.

(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

Article 17;

(1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.

(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Article 18;

Everyone has the right of freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

So how come the UN remains silent when the Muslim countries execute people for leaving Islam?

Article 19;

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Again, the UN remains silent when the Communist government suppresses their people from access information on the internet.

Article 20;

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.

(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

Article 21;

(1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.

(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.

(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

Article 22;

Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security, and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.

Article 23;

(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.

(2) Everyone, without discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.

(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.

(4) Everyone has the right to form or join trade unions for the protection of his interests.

Article 24;

Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitations of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

Article 25;

(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.

(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Article 26;

(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit. *(This is where the government of the United States most likely gets the notion that all illegal immigrants in this country are entitled to free education at the expense of the American taxpayer, even though American citizens are not entitled to higher education if they cannot afford it).

(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

Article 27;

(1) Everyone has the right to freely participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and share in scientific advancement and its benefits.

(2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

Article 28;

Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

Article 29;

(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.

(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law* solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in democratic society (in other words, our freedoms are enjoyed only in so far as the United Nations says so, and may be limited or done away with at anytime they deem fit. See #3 below).

(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 30;

Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

A rule against physical contact at a Fairfax County middle school is so strict that students can be sent to the principal’s for hugging, holding hands or even high-fiving.

Unlike some schools in the Washington area, which ban fighting or inappropriate touching, Kilmer Middle School bans all touching – and that has some parents pushing for a change.
