“Just Hitting Another Brick Wall”

LESSONS IN CIVICS & THE CONSTITUTION – J (Part B)

Tontine Insurance – 1868

Governments frequently resorted to issuing of annuities and child endowments as a means of raising funds and a way to evade the usury laws which had prevented the growth of a funded system of national insurance. The tontine was a later development, having been put into use in France in the year 1689. The name “tontine” comes from the name of its originator, Lorenzo Tonti, a Neapolitan by birth. Tonti was attracted to Paris by the regime of Mazarin. Originally, the tontine was a loan, “In which the premium was never to be repaid, but the entire interest on the loan was to be divided each year among the survivors or the original subscribers.”

The main characteristic of a tontine is that the pool of assets is divided among the survivors, at the options of those subscribers who dropped out, or did not survive until the time for distribution had arrived. Like that of the George Rapp Society, the tontine was a wagering policy. In 1868, the Equitable Life Insurance Company introduced the deferred dividend system, which was nothing more than an application of the tontine principle. The most serious flaw in the deferred dividend system was the inability of the insured to compel an accounting. The general rule is that the policy holder is not entitled to compel the company to account for dividends. Neither can the policyholder “compel the distribution of the surplus fund in another manner or at any time, or in any other amounts than that provided for in the contract.”

In the Armstrong Committee report, it is stated: “the plan of deferring dividends for long periods . . . has undoubtedly facilitated large accumulations, providing apparently abundant means for doubtful uses on the one hand, while concealing on the other the burden imposed upon the policyholders . . .” George L. Armhein, the Instructor in Insurance at the University of Pennsylvania, stated: “. . . deferred payments were prohibited by law in the legislation (PA.) of 1906 and subsequent years. Thus came to an end a system which in 1898 had superseded to a very large extent that of annual dividends, and which in 1915 seemed antiquated.”

John K. Tarbox, the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Massachusetts in the early 1900s, had this to say about the tontine in his annual report: “The false idea of life insurance as an investment begat the equally false conception of life insurance as a bet, and the latter gave birth to the modern tontine, which is a wager.” “In a tontine, the forfeitures go to enrich the individual survivors of the special class of policy holders who enter the compact, constituting a company liability instead of a company asset, for the protection of its policy obligations. . . The stake played for, rather than the game itself, constitutes the chief offense. Our law condemns, forbids, and makes void the contract of forfeiture. As was truly testified before the committee of the New York Assembly, in 1877, the tontine policy is taken for purposes of investment by a set of men who would not insure their lives at all. The inducement to the investment is the expected profits from forfeitures.”

Tarbox went on to say; “Aside from the moral quality of the matter, -- concerning which I waive controversy, -- the considerations which the public aspect seems to me principally to invite are these; first, whether it is prudent to make our insurance companies great banking establishments, and, second, whether an institution organized as the life insurance system was, for a benevolent and unselfish use, shall be combined with enterprises of selfish speculation as the tontine undeniably is.”

What John Tarbox was clearly saying is that, at that time, there were modern plans to make insurance companies (specifically tontine insurance companies) great banking institutions.

The tontine had been declared unlawful in several states, and those involved with them knew that they had to do something to protect their money. They brought over the son of one of the biggest banking families from Europe, Paul Warburg, from the House of Warburg, which dates back to the Hanseatic League of Merchants.

Illinois the Loser in the Death Battle:

The citizens of Illinois thought the case was closed when a convicted murder, Mark Howard, was sent to prison ten years ago with a sentence of ‘life with a minimum of twenty-five years’.

To the dismay of the state department of corrections, Howard died during the power outage of August 2003 as the life support system that was keeping him alive the past seven years lost power.

Howard actually should have died in 1997 when he was accidentally crushed in a freak accident at the prison. Since that time, his severed head has been on artificial life support so that he can technically serve out the minimum 25 years of his life sentence.

Howard’s family is in the process of suing the State of Illinois for breach of contract. They claim, in court records, that the sentence was a binding contract and provided a guarantee that he would live for at least twenty-five years from the date of sentencing.

Currently, the lawsuit is in appellate court, as the state is appealing the verdict from district court which awarded Howard’s family $35 million in damages.

Yale to Offer Janitorial Sciences Course:

Due to the growing need for graduate level janitors, Yale University has joined the growing list of ‘ivy league’ colleges to offer the JD or ‘Doctorate of Janitorial Science’ degree program.

This intensive six year program is designed to provide highly skilled janitors that will be able to pass the new Federal Janitorial Administration license exams. Federal licensure of all janitors is to take effect in 2008 as part of Homeland Security, and will require 500 hours of undergraduate instruction in the field by a certified program instructor, and the passage of an exam.

Yale has reported a three year waiting list for the program has already developed.

Natural Innate Stupidity or a Planned Sellout?

Ever since 9/11, President Bush along with some other members of Congress, have been singing the praises of and sucking up to CAIR (the Council of American-Islamic Relations), even though the founder of this organization had made the statement that he wanted Islam not to be a religion in America, but the ONLY religion in America.

President Bush has often invited various members of this group to the White House, especially at Ramadan. My question is WHY? Why is he, along with various members of congress doing all they can to honor Islam, especially through this group? Can they all really be totally ignorant of the history of Islam or is there an ulterior motive?

Despite his previous denials, the executive director of CAIR, which regards itself as the leading U.S. Muslim civil rights group – took part in a three-day summit of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.

The evidence of this came to light at the trial of the Texas-based Islamic charity, known as the Holy Land Foundation, along with five of its former organizers, who have been accused of supporting Hamas. Prosecutors have named CAIR as an unindicted co-conspirator in the case. The FBI testified that the “NIHAD” listed in the documents related to the 1993 meeting of Hamas members in Philadelphia was none other than Nihad Awad, the executive director of CAIR.

CAIR is a spin-off of the now defunct Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP) that was started by Hamas leader Mousa Abu Marzook and former university professor Sami al-Arian, who pleaded guilty last year to conspiracy to provide services to Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

CAIR even holds monthly meetings with the Justice Department and the FBI. FBI case agents have complained that the bureau can rarely make a move in the Muslim Community without first consulting CAIR, which sits on its advisory board. Why is this allowed? Doesn’t our government realize that if they are investigating terrorist groups in this country, that CAIR could and may well be warning them that the agents are on the way?

Once again, I ask; “Why is our President and some members of Congress sucking up to this group? If any one knows the answer, please let me know.

MUNCHKIN'S SATURDAY CORNER # 20

Today’s Post is a serious one. I call it:

Ch… Ch… Changes:

You know, we animals age faster then you humans do, which is why we don’t live as long. For instance, each one year of my life is like seven years in yours. Because of this, the changes in society and life in general just seem to whiz by any way, but for human people, some of the changes may seem slow in some ways, while in other ways, the speed of things changing can be frightening.

Can you believe how much and how fast the world has changed? My Daddy was born in 1945, toward the end of World War II. Prior to the Second World War, the United States was a second rate power, but it emerged from the Second World War as a super power. My daddy saw the United States rise to become the greatest power in the world. Do you know why? Because with all of the problems that the United States faced, the citizens still held to their basic faith in God and as they held to God’s laws, He in turn poured out His blessings on the United States.

When my daddy was growing up, churches were busy and they were packed on Sundays and holy days. The children in the public schools started each school day with a non-sectarian prayer, asking God’s blessings on their parents, teachers, and the local and national leaders.

Churches, no matter what their denomination, were the corner stones of the neighborhoods and it was to them that people turned in time of need or crisis.

During the past fifty years, things have changed as America has, slowly at first, declined from within. My daddy has seen the growing influence socialist, liberal humanism as it crept across America, oozing into every area of peoples lives, starting with professors infiltrating all of our colleges and universities. Their perverted and godless ideas spread as their brainwashed students graduated and carried their ideas out into society, into the media and politics and eventually into the classrooms of our public grade schools, middle schools and high schools.

The more the American people embraced this godless ideology, the further they turned from God and soon, the impact of this change became evident not only in the personal lives of the citizens of the United States, but also in the standing of the United States in the world. As we continued to lead the world in military might and technology, it cannot be denied that the last war in which we won a decisive victory, was the invasion of Grenada in 1983, while today, our spineless socialistic, liberal humanist leaders in congress are debating whether or not we should high tail it out of Iraq and allow the Islamist terrorist to take it over and use it as their major power base. My daddy says that he finds it hard to believe that anyone could witness America the Beautiful plunge from the pinnacle of power to the brink of total destruction in a single lifetime.

We are living in a society today that has people’s lives under much greater stress and anxiety placed upon them due to the rapid rate at which the changes are accelerating, no longer century by century, decade by decade, year by year; but now these changes are happening so rapidly that often they are taking place month by month, week by week, and in some cases even in a matter of days. The world into which my daddy was born no longer exists. It passed away a long time ago. But the changes that took place were at a slower pace which gave people of his generation some what of a chance to be acclimated to them. But consider, for a moment that the world that those who were born into in the year 2000, is already rapidly disappearing and it will no longer exist by the year 2012.

Try to wrap your mind around the following and what the impact on life will be;

3,000 new books being published every single day. The world has progressed from information “overload” to information explosion. There will be more new information generated in just this year alone then what was produced over the previous five thousand years.

Computers will get twice as smart every 18 – 24 months. And at present , it takes four years to get a technical degree, but by the time a student graduates, his/her education is already obsolete.

One of the many areas to suffer as a result of the liberal, socialistic humanist garbage has been our education system. To show you just how badly it has suffered, did you know that China has more honor student kids then the entire population of North America (which includes Canada) and India has more honor student Kids than the United States has kids?

Back when Bill Clinton was president, he was under the false impression that China was a friend of the United States, and as a result, he sold them all sorts of the most up-to-date military weapons and even helped to improve their guidance systems. Today, President Bush is trying to do the same thing with India.

The only thing at the present time that could prevent an armed war with China would be the total collapse of the economy of the United States, which would finish this nation as a world super power. At the present time, both China and India have the ability and the willingness to bring down our economy by dumping the U.S. dollar in favor of the Euro.

Never before in the history of mankind has the words in the Book of Daniel and Revelations held so much importance as they do today. Even 60 years ago, much of what Daniel predicted concerning the end times didn’t make sense. Daniel was given his revelations directly from the Archangel Michael. Daniel said: “As for me, I heard but could not understand; so I said, ‘My lord, what shall be the outcome of these events?’”

Michael answered: “Go your way Daniel, for these words are concealed and sealed up until the end time. Many will be purged, purified and refined, but the wicked will act wickedly; and none of the wicked will understand, but those who have insight will understand.” Then Michael said: “But as for you Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the time of the end; for many will go to and fro, and knowledge will increase.”

Today, knowledge has most certainly increased and it will continue to increase, while at the same time, the limitations of time and space to travel has decreased exponentially.

My daddy truly believes that we are in the Last Days and that America’s days are numbered as are those of each of you. If you haven’t turned your lives over to Jesus Christ, if you haven’t yet accepted His gift of Salvation, if you haven’t yet confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, now is the time. Time is quickly running out for you to admit that you are a sinner, and to accept the gift of pardon Jesus purchased for you with His own Blood. Jesus is coming soon whether you are ready or not, so please don’t put off your decision any longer.

Well now, this is just precious:

The Republican presidential candidate, Gov. Mitt Romney has cited the social welfare network of the Lebanese Hezbollah Terror group as a role model the United States should emulate to help promote “goodness” and “freedom” around the world. Sure thing and why don’t we just junk our Constitution and install Sharia Law while we are at it?

Forget the fact that sections of Hezbollah’s social welfare network, which includes schools and camps, are used by terror groups to indoctrinate young people in anti-Israel and anti-U.S. propaganda, instruct in military tactics and promote Shiite Islamic beliefs, including the waging of a final battle against all infidels.

Romney was asked this weekend during a campaign stop in Iowa whether he would renew President Bush’s $50 million campaign to combat AIDS in Africa.

After stating that he would, Romney then proceeded to explain that the U.S. should aspire to implement the kind of social action network carried out in recent years by Hezbollah. Excuse me Mitt, but just encase you have forgotten, the United States is a Constitutional Republic, and under our Constitution, no branch of the federal government has been granted the power to get involved with or take control over any Social Welfare programs. That is the States rights.

Hezbollah’s Youth Scouts, part of the social welfare network that Romney holds in high esteem instructs tens of thousands of children and teens in military tactics and indoctrinates them with all sorts of Shiite Islamic beliefs. Hezbollah established it’s Imam Mahdi Scouts for the sole purpose of attracting children and adolescents, to influence their hearts and minds and to prepare new generations of youth indoctrinated with hate. So Mitt, what exactly are you, a Republican or a Socialist? A Mormon or a Muslim? Do you believe in our Constitutional or do you prefer Sharia Islamic Law? Please Mr. Romney, we’d really like to know.

Once you become aware of the true role of the Tavistock controlled Foundations, you can better understand the high interest rates, high taxes, the destruction of the family, the degradation of the churches into forums for revolution, the subversion of the universities into dens of liberal ideology brainwashing and CIA cesspools of drug addiction, and the halls of government into sewers of international espionage and intrigue. You can now understand why every agent of the federal government is against you. All of the ‘alphabet’ agencies, such as, the FBI, IRS, CIA and BATF must make war on the citizen in order to carry out the programs of the Foundations.

Surprise, surprise, the Foundations are in direct violation of their charters, which commit them to do “charitable works”, because they make no grants which are NOT part of a political goal. A charge has been leveled, and never denied, that the Heritage-AEI network has at least two KGB moles working on its staff. The employment of professional intelligence operatives as “charitable workers”, as was done in the Red Cross Mission to Russia in 1917, exposes the sinister political, economic and social goals which the New World Order requires the foundations to achieve through their “bequests”.

This is NOT ONLY tax fraud, since the Foundations are granted tax exemption solely to do charitable work, but it is also criminal syndicalism, conspiracy to commit offenses against the United States of America; Constitutional Law 213, Corpus Juris Secundum 16. For the first time, the close interlocking of the foundations “syndicate” has been revealed by the names of their principle incorporators----Daniel Coit Gilman, who incorporated the Peabody Fund and the John Slater Fund, and became an incorporator of the General Education Board (now the Rockefeller Foundation); Gilman, who also incorporated the Russell Trust in 1856, later became an incorporator of the Carnegie Institution with Andrew Dickson White (Russell Trust) and Fredric A. Delano. Delano also was an original incorporator of the Brookings Institution and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Daniel Coit Gilman incorporated the Russell Sage Foundation with Cleveland H. Dodge of the National City Bank. These Foundations incorporators were all closely linked to the Federal Reserve System, the War Industries Board of World War I, the OSS of World War II and the present day CIA. They have also been closely linked with the American International Corporation, which was formed to instigate the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia. Delano, an uncle of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, was on the original Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of 1914. His brother-in-law founded the influential Washington law firm of Covington and Burling. The Delanos and other ruling families of the One World Order trace their lineage directly back to William of Orange and regime which granted the Charter of the Bank of England. At the end of this series, I will give a list of all of the Tavistock Institutions in the United States.

To those of you who thought that we live under a Constitutional Republic Democracy, HA, HA. As you can clearly see, we are actually being controlled by unelected power hungry individuals operating through the United Nations, the European Union and the Club of Rome. Every aspect of our lives is dictated, managed and controlled by these individuals, like it or not, and until enough people wake up and realize just what is and has been going on, and gets the moral courage to rise up, it WILL continue, and it will get far worse then anyone can imagine.

To give you another example of how the One World conspirators are at work in today’s society, see the following:

During the demonstrations carried out by the illegal immigrants, the Communist front group, ANSWER, was out there along with other far-left hate groups. Teresa Heinz, wife of Senator John Kerry (and a supporter of a One World Government), has donated money from the Heinz Foundations to support the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition, a radical group that has joined with the Open Society Institute to help organize the recent protests by illegal immigrants. The Open Society Institute is backed by billionaire leftist George Soros (another radical One World, anti-American nut case).

Even though there may have been a party-like atmosphere among some, clearly many marchers had an attitude of hatred. Anti-Bush signs were everywhere and many young people were dressed in guerrilla warfare clothing, wearing hoods and looking not unlike terrorists of the Middle East. But did the networks ever show you any of that?

For the most part, the media spun (and continues to spin) the debate as being either pro or anti immigration and ignoring the fact that this is really all about obeying the laws of the land and protecting our boarders from invaders. Of course no reasonable American is against LEGAL immigration, it is the illegals that anger people. And it is not about race, either. But the media and the leftists would like to spin it that way too.

For the illegal alien marchers it is all about total amnesty. This in not simply my opinion, it is according to union organizer Jorge Rodriguez who said, “We want full amnesty, full legalization for anybody who is here (illegally).” Teachers’ unions in urban areas have suggested that children should not be held accountable for being truant. Confirming this, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Unified School District, with three quarters of a million children, said that school principals had been advised to join the protests to keep order among the children who may walk out. It has been estimated that at least 72,000 kids from the Los Angeles Unified School District were absent that day.

The California Legislature, famous for its fiscally irresponsible giveaways to undocumented immigrants, supported “Illegal Immigrant Day,” as I call it. Over the past five years, the Legislature has approved drivers’ licenses, free in-state tuition benefits, and education and medical services for illegal immigrants. The cost to California of illegal immigration may reach over $10.5 billion annually.

The LA Daily News reported that Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich has estimated that close to 100,000 children of illegal immigrants in the county of LA alone collect $276 million in annual welfare benefits. Antonovich said 98,703 children of 57,458 undocumented parents received Cal-WORKS welfare checks in January, or a total of 156,161 recipients.

Illegals sneak in here and demand rights. That’s bad enough, but there’s something even worse … the sickening thing is, our government will probably give in to their demands ultimately. That’s amnesty for the 12-20 million (or more) illegals that are presently here — now add to that their families (children and spouses) that are still living in their home countries and will undoubtedly be allowed to join them.

So, here you have it, One World proponents pushing hard for open borders all the way from the tip of South America to the Northern most reaches of Canada. Just another step toward a One World Government.

Top Scientist Advocates Mass Culling 90% Of Human Population:

Another topic, on the minds of the folks over at the United Nations, that draws a lot of interest and conversation among the One World bunch of crazies, is world population. Since the legalization, world wide, of abortion hasn’t had the immediate effect of reducing the population, one “bright” top scientist has come up with a radical, if not down-right evil, plan for eradicating 90% of earth’s human population.

Fellow professors and scientists applaud and roar approval at elite's twisted and genocidal population control agenda:

Dr. Eric R. Pianka, a top scientist, gave a speech to the Texas Academy of Science last month in which he advocated the need to exterminate 90% of the population through the airborne Ebola virus. Dr. Pianka's chilling comments and their enthusiastic reception again underscore the elite's agenda to enact horrifying measures of population control.

Pianka's speech was ordered to be kept off the record before it began as cameras were turned away and hundreds of students, scientists and professors sat in attendance. Saying the public was not ready to hear the information presented, Pianka began by exclaiming, “We're no better than bacteria!”, as he jumped into a doomsday Malthusian rant about overpopulation destroying the earth.

Standing in front of a slide of human skulls, Pianka gleefully advocated airborne Ebola as his preferred method of exterminating the necessary 90% of humans, choosing it over AIDS because of its faster kill period. Ebola victims suffer the most tortuous deaths imaginable as the virus kills by liquefying the internal organs. The body literally dissolves as the victim writhes in pain bleeding from every orifice.

Pianka then cited the Pink Oil Fraud as another reason to initiate global genocide. “And the fossil fuels are running out,” he said, “so I think we may have to cut back to two billion, which would be about one-third as many people.” Later, the scientist welcomed the potential devastation of bird flu and spoke glowingly of China's enforced one child policy, before zestfully commenting, “We need to sterilize everybody on the Earth.”

At the end of Pianka's speech the audience erupted not to a chorus of boos and hisses but to a raucous reception of applause and cheers as audience members clamored to get close to the scientist to ask him follow up questions. Pianka was later presented with a distinguished scientist award by the Academy. Pianka is no crackpot. He has given lectures to prestigious universities worldwide.

One horrified observer was able to make notes on the speech and our gratitude goes to Forrest M. Mims for bringing this sickening display to the attention of the world.

Throughout history elites have invented justification for barbaric practices as a cover for their true agenda of absolute power and control over populations. Up until the 19th century, the transatlantic slave trade was justified by saying that the practice was biblical and therefore morally redeemable in nature, despite the fact that no such bible passage exists.

From 1932 until 1972, the Tuskegee Study Group deliberately infected poor black communities in Alabama with syphilis without their consent and withheld treatment as the diseased rampaged through the town killing families.

Pianka's doomsday warning of the population bomb, for which Mims claims he presented no evidence whatsoever, is complete pseudo-science. Populations in developed countries are declining and only in third world countries is it expanding dramatically. Industrialization itself levels out population trends and even despite this world population models routinely show that the earth's population will level out at 9 billion in 2050 and slowly decline after that. "The population of the most developed countries will remain virtually unchanged at 1.2 billion until 2050," states a United Nations report. Conservation Internationale's own study revealed that 46% of the earth's surface was an untouched wilderness that is land areas not including sea. It is commonly accepted that the entire world population could all fit into the state of Texas and each have an acre of their own land.

Just think about the magnitude of Pianka's statements. He wants to kill nine out of every ten members of your family and he wants to kill them in one of the most out painful and agonizing ways imaginable. If Pianka or 'The Lizard Man' as he likes to be called, is so vehement in the necessity of culling the human population will he step forward to be the first one in line? Will he sacrifice his children for the so-called greater good of the planet? I somehow doubt it. Will the students who so enthusiastically greeted his ideas go home and kill themselves for the cause if it is so righteous?

It was noted how Pianka presented his argument with the kind of glee that you would see in a demented serial killer before dispatching his victim. This is an attitude we have encountered again and again. To discuss killing 90% of the world's population via a horrific plague is sick enough within itself but you would at least expect its advocates to be serious and sober in their approach to the subject. The opposite seems to be the case, where the subject is aired in a context of lighthearted lip-smacking and hand-rubbing as if the individual was about to sink his teeth into a T-bone steak. These deranged idiots love death and their lives are motivated by dark influences which is very different from you or me.

In the 21st century the elite are concerned that from over 6 billion people might spring new elite to challenge their stranglehold on the reigns of power. This is one reason for desire to cull the population down to a manageable level. Another is control over the behavior of the existing serfs and herding them like cattle into the slaughter house.

Members of the elite are quite open in their feverish lust to commit mass murder and ethnic cleansing. In the foreword to his biography, “If I Were an Animal”, Prince Philip wrote, "In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."

National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled "Implications of world wide population growth for U.S. security & overseas interests," says:

"Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that "depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World." He quoted reasons of national security, and because `(t)he U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries ... Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S."

Kissinger prepared a depopulation manifesto for President Jimmy Carter called ‘Global 2000’ detailed using food as a weapon to depopulate the third world.
