The movie “Munich” was about a gentleman named Juval Aviv. Juval was a body guard to the former Israeli Prime Minister, Golda Meir. She personally appointed him to track down and bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who took the Israeli athletes hostage and then killed them during the Munich Olympic Games. His bio is at the bottom of this MUST READ info.

In a lecture in NYC a few weeks ago Juval shared some information that EVERY American needs to know but which our government has refused to share. The following is some of the information Mr. Aviv has shared with the Bush administration and the U.S. Congress:

First, let me tell you that Mr. Aviv had, on the Bill O’Reilly show on the Fox News Channel, predicted the London subway bombing, stating publicly that it would happen within a week of the time of his appearance on the show. O’Reilly laughed and mocked him saying that in a week he wanted him back on the show and unfortunately, within the week, the terrorist attack occurred.

Juval gave intelligence (information he gathered in Israel and the Middle East) to the Bush administration about 9/11 a month before it occurred. His report specifically stated that the terrorists would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments. The administration ridiculed him and refused to respond. Congress has since hired him as a security consultant – but still the Administration will not listen to him.

He did not agree with going into Iraq _ saying that it didn’t make sense if we wanted terrorists who were responsible for 9/11. He also believes in Golda Meir’s approach which was to bring justice to the terrorists but do not take down civilians – as killing civilians only creates more terrorists. Similar to Bush, Israel’s subsequent leaders have proved to be not as insightful as Golda Meir. When we did decide to invade Iraq, we should have learned from Israel’s past mistakes.

Mr. Aviv very articulately stated that Israel’s greatest mistake against their war on terror was to invade the West Bank and Gaza and then stay there. He said they should have done the proven anti-terrorist strategy which was to “HIT AND LEAVE” instead of “HIT AND STAY”. Now we are stuck in Iraq and it is worse than Vietnam. Iraq is the U.S.’s West Bank/Gaza. Aviv doesn’t think we will ever be able to truly leave because even when we are able to pull our troops back we will still have to go back regularly which will keep us quagmired. We should have hit hard and left immediately.

Now for the scary stuff. . . Mr. Aviv predicts the next attack on the U.S. is coming within the next few months. Forget hijacking airplanes because he says terrorists will NEVER try and hijack a plane again as the people on the plane will not go down quietly. Aviv believes our airport security is a joke. We are being reactionary instead of looking at strategies that are effective. According to Aviv, our technology is outdated; they look for metal while the new explosives are made of plastic.

When some idiot tried to light his shoe on fire, we now have to remove our shoes at the airport. A group of idiots tried to bring liquid explosives aboard, now we can’t bring liquids on board. Mr. Aviv says that he is waiting for the day that some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosives on their underwear and light up in a plane or in the terminal and then we will all have to travel naked. We only focus our attention on security when people are heading to the gates, but if terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times and on the front end when people are checking in. It would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom or get a drink and then detonate the bags BEFORE security can even get involved. In Israel, bags are checked before people can even enter the airport.

Now back to his predictions: He says the next attack will come in a few months and will involve both suicide and non-suicide bombers in places that people congregate: Disneyland, Las Vegas. Big cities like New York, San Francisco, Chicago, etc. . . . and there will be shopping malls, subways during rush hours, train stations, and casinos, as well as rural America, perhaps Wyoming or Montana. The attacks will be simultaneous detonations around the country (they like big impact, 5 – 8 cities including rural areas. They won’t really need to use suicide bombers because at largely populated places like the MGM Grand in Vegas, they can simply valet park. Aviv says that this is well known in intelligence circles, but our government says they do not want to alarm Americans. He also says that the U.S. WILL attack Iran and Syria before Bush leaves office.

In addition, since we don’t have enough troops, the U.S. will likely use small strategic nuclear weapons regardless that the headlines the next day will read: “U.S. Nukes Islamic World” and the world will be a different place to such an extent that global warming will be irrelevant. Aviv travels regularly to the Middle East and he knows his stuff.

On a good note, he says we don’t have to worry about being nuked. He says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons, they like suicide as their frontline approach. Aviv also says that the next level of terrorists will not becoming from abroad, but will be homegrown, having attended our schools and universities, but will have traveled frequently back and forth to the Middle East. They will know and understand Americans but we won’t understand them. We still only have a handful of Arabic and Farsi speaking people in our intelligence networks and we need to change that.

From an intelligence perspective, he says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for intelligence but follow Israel, Ireland and England’s example of human intelligence both from an infiltration perspective as well as trust civilians to help. We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens but our government treats us like babies and thinks we can’t handle it and will panic.

Mr. Aviv conducted a test for Congress recently by putting empty briefcases in 5 major spots in 5 U.S. cities and not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out. In fact, in Chicago, someone tried to steal it! In Israel an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds with a citizen shouting “UNATTENDED BAG” and the area cleared slowly, calmly and immediately by the people themselves. Unfortunately, we haven’t hurt enough yet for us to be that concerned.

Aviv said that our government’s plan after the next attack is to immediately cut-off EVERYONE’S ability to use their telephone, cell phone, or blackberry because they don’t want terrorists to be able to talk to one another (and it would make a great means for the government to completely control us, the citizens, cutting off our ability to communicate with one another to thwart any government tyranny against the American citizens), do you have a plan if you cannot communicate directly with those that you love?

Juval holds an MA in Business from Tel Aviv University and is President and CEO Interfor, Inc. based in New York with offices around the world, founded in 1979. Interfor provides foreign and domestic intelligence services to the legal, corporate and financial communities and conducts investigations around the globe. In addition, Aviv serves as a special consultant to the U.S. Congress and other policy makers on issues of terrorism, fraud and money laundering.

He is a leading authority on terrorist networks, and served as lead investigator for Pan Am Airways into the Pan Am 103 Lockerbie terrorist bombing. He was featured in a recent film “Munich”, as the leader of the Israeli team that tracked down the terrorists who kidnapped the Israeli Olympic team.

Before founding Interfor, Mr. Aviv served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Force leading an elite Commando/Intelligence Unit, and was later selected by the Israeli Secret Service (Mossad) to participate in a number of intelligence and special operations in many countries in the late 1960’s and 1970’s.

Some of this and some of that

Today, I am going to impart some bits and pieces I picked up along the way this week. First of all, I found out that my Daddy speaks French, but not very well. You see, for most of this week, the computer was acting up big time and Daddy was getting madder by the minute. After awhile, he started saying things in a language I never heard before and then he would follow that by saying: “Pardon my French”, so that’s what French sounds like.

Here is a little something I picked up reading about the stock market in the WSJ:

Helium is still rising, while Scott Tissue reached a new bottom today. Pampers remained unchanged, as Coca Cola fizzled and went flat. Paper was stationary as pencils lost a few points. GE’s Fluorescent lights dimmed during light trading, but Ginsu Knives were up sharply. Otis Elevators rose swiftly as escalators continued a slow decline. In clothing, skirts inched higher while there was a sharp drop in pants.

Who says the Stock Market is hard to understand? The following is news out of the European Union:

European Union commissioners have announced that an agreement has been reached to adopt English as the official and preferred language for all European Union communications, rather than German which was considered as a strong possibility.

As part of the negotiations, Her Majesty’s Government agreed that the English spelling of many words had room for improvement and therefore agreed to a five-year plan instituted in phases for changes that will become known as EuroEnglish (Euro for short).

Under the agreement, during the first year, “S” will be used instead of the soft “C”. Sertainly, all sivil servants will reseive this news with joy. Also, the hard “C” will be replaced by “K”. Not only will this klear up any konfusion, but typewriters and komputer key boards kan have one less letter.

An EU spokeswoman said that there will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome “Ph” is replased by “F”. This will make words like fotograf 20 per sent shorter.

In the third year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible. The Government wil enkorage the removal of double letters, which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling.

Also, al wil agre that the horible mes of silent “E’s” in the languag is disgrasful, and they wil go.

By the fourth year, peopl wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing “Th” by “Z” and “W” by “V” During ze fifz year, ze unesesary “O” kan be dropd from vords kontaining “Ou” and similar changes vud of kors be aplid to ozer kombinations of leters.

Either Hillary Clinton is the most talented story teller in the United States or she is the one of the BIGGEST LIARS (Bill Clinton being the other) this country has ever seen, I happen to believe the latter.

This woman can put Pinocchio to shame when it comes to the length of her nose. I mean, Hillary has never been very shy about making up stories. If you remember, right after 9/11, Hillary appeared on national TV claiming that when the two planes slammed into the World Trade Center, her daughter Chelsea was about to go jogging in Battery Park, right near the towers, where she heard and saw the whole attack unfold (turned out the story was untrue, surprise, surprise).

Hillary’s arrogance was so deep that she didn’t even bother to get stories straight with Chelsea, who wrote an article for “TALK” in which she described what she had been doing on that particular day. Chelsea claims that she was way over on the other side of town in a friend’s apartment, where she watched the events unfold on TV.

There are no limits to the hypocrisy of Hillary either. When she was asked about the MoveOn.org ad claiming that Gen. David Petraeus had betrayed the country, Hillary, on “MEET THE PRESS” shamelessly called for an end to such attacks, saying: “I don’t condone anything like that, and I have voted against those who would impugn the patriotism and the service of the people who wear the uniform of our country.”

But, three days earlier, she voted against a Senate resolution to condemn the MoveOn.org ad, and she seems to have forgotten that when her socialistic partner and husband and she were in the White House, they both very plainly stated that they had no use or respect for the military.

It appears that the better she does in the polls, and her candidacy in the general elections are assured, her prevarications, which are totally ignored by the MSM, are becoming more frequent. For instance, on “Fox News Sunday” (Sept. 23^rd) Hillary claimed that she fought hard for armored vehicles, “because we knew they needed additional protection in Iraq and they weren’t getting it”.

Now for the truth. Last may she voted against the emergency supplemental bill to provide $1.6 billion for body armor, including advanced combat helmets; $2.4 billion to help protect against improvised explosive devices; and $3 billion for mine-resistant, ambush protected vehicles.

Just like her ever changing positions on just about every issue, her contrived performances suggests that she thinks she can give almost any response to a question and get away with it, or perhaps not even give an answer. Last Sunday, on Fox News Sunday, when asked a question by Chris Wallace, she engaged in a prolonged cackle. In particular, when asked by Bob Schieffer if her health care plan was a step toward socialized medicine, she began to cackle uncontrollably. No answer to the question, just cackle.

At a Senate hearing on Sept. 11, Hillary told Gen. Petraeus that “the reports you provide to us really require the willing suspension of disbelief”. (In other words, she called him a liar).

By making that accusation, Hillary clearly stated what OUR reaction should be to her serial lies. If any other job candidate had such a record, only a fool would hire such an applicant. If the majority of Americans vote for Hillary in 2008, that will speak as much about us as a society as it dose about her.

THURSDAY STUFF: AWAKE YOU WHO SLEEP -VIII: B

Due to my computer’s continued hiccups and brain farts over the past few days, I am going to put up two posts to day. Wednesday’s Golden Pig Award & Thursday’s Awake article.

Once again, the Golden Pig Award has to go to none other than Hillary Clinton for her latest idea that will cause the government to dig deeper into our collective pockets. Hillary has now decided that she wants to give each child born in the United States $5000.00.

Oh yea, you read that right. This past Friday, Sept. 29, 2007, Hillary Rodham Clinton said that every child born in the United States (does that include the children of illegal immigrants?) should get a $5000.00 “Baby Bond” from the government (that means from you and I) to help pay for future costs of going to college or buying a home. Isn’t she ever so generous with OUR money?

If you ask me, this is just one more step toward the government taking away our children, ala Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro.

"Crisis" in America:

In order to get the complacent Americans to accept the new government intrusions, Clinton propagandists instilled fear of just about every crisis they could conjure up. The buzzword of the nineties was "crisis." We were told we had a health care "crisis" - justifying the government takeover of one-seventh of the U.S. economy. We were told we had a ecological "crisis" - justifying the government to impose far reaching new regulations on businesses. We were told we had a child care "crisis" - justifying the government to extend its reach into the family.

Clinton used the strategic use of Executive Orders to bypass Congress and the will of the American people. In violation of the Constitutional balance of powers, Mr. Clinton said he would legislate by Executive Order if Congress did not bow to his legislative agenda. "I have a continuing obligation to act, to use the authority of the presidency and the persuasive power of the podium, to advance America’s interests...," said the arrogant Clinton. There was no debate, no media coverage, and no vote ... just President Clinton signing into law whatever he believed "is the right thing to do." "Stroke of the pen. Law of the land. Kinda cool," said Clinton’s senior advisor Paul Begala.

Failing to get this dictatorial mandate past Congress, liberals in the White House and Congress subverted the 10th Amendment by "greenmailing" the states into submission. The liberal strategy was to withhold tax revenues from the states, if states did not surrender constitutional rights and submit to legislative mandates voluntarily. (Are you beginning to see just how treasonous Clinton was {and still is} as is Hillary)

With the government takeover of much of the American economy, health care, and the family well under way, Socialists turned their attention next to a constitutional "crisis".

As the attention of the American people, with the help of the media, was kept busy with “hanging chads”, and little old men and women who seemed unable to complete a simple ballot, there was another incremental attack on the Constitution of the United States of America, brewing just below the publics radar screen, by Socialists determined to quietly overthrow this country.

As has been their technique for years, Socialists understand that they will not be able to radically change this country over night. Rather, theirs is a step-by-step incremental approach of first undermining the foundations of this country by creating doubt and distrust by the TV-educated and uninformed American public.

In November, 2000, as politicians and lawyers descend upon Florida for hand recounts upon recounts, Americans were fed a daily dose of propaganda designed to sway them away from the constitutionally established norm of electing Presidents in this country. This attack on the Constitution did not come as a surprise. It was simply part and parcel of an ongoing and systematic dismantling of our Constitution. And guess what, people, Democrats and Republicans alike are not only being duped by the Socialist propaganda, but in many cases are championing it.

To fully understand all of the processes that have been taking place, you must first become familiar with the Hegelian Dialectic of first you develop all of your solutions and programs, then you create the problems and situations that your solutions and programs will solve, so as to put said solutions and programs into force.

As we examine the philosophy behind national and international affairs, we discover it has a common purpose and source in every major nation, with the exception of perhaps China. At first glance, militant national power appears to be the major force in history; but if there is a power which can bring nations into military conflict, it is a superior power. Is there such a power, and where, if anywhere, is it located?

Until the outbreak of the First World War, money appeared to be a mere mechanism. But the arrangements made to finance the war reveal that the money system was in fact the vehicle of a POLICY, and that that policy was the CENTRALIZATION of power leading progressively to World Government. Prior to the outbreak of war, Great Britain was the CENTRE (but not the BEING) of world financial control; with the war, financial control was transferred to New York and from there used to dismantle the British Empire which, by reason of British traditions and the Anglo-Saxon character, had been the great barrier to World Dominion by those operating through the world financial system. The fall of the British Empire was a FINANCIAL accomplishment, not a military one. But the terms of 'peace' imposed on 'victorious' Britain are those which might have been expected following military DEFEAT.

Current history, which looks episodic, is in fact the culminating stages of a very long-term policy moving internationally, but visible only in the long perspective of time. What we think we see is often an illusion intentionally presented, like the conjuror who would have you to believe he holds an orange in his right hand, when it is actually in his left hand. Citizens of the world, whether their sympathies are left-wing or right-wing, monarchist or republican, have been used as pawns in their game of Hegelian psychology by the hidden hand that rules. In reality, the orange is in neither left nor right hand. The Hegelian dialectic process is the notion that conflict creates history. From this axiom it follows that controlled conflict can create a predetermined history. For example when the Trilateral Commission discusses 'managed conflict', as it does extensively in its literature, it implies the managed use of conflict for long run predetermined ends - not for the mere random exercise of manipulative control to solve a problem.

With George W. Bush, the son of the man who introduced the New World Order to America now in place, George W. Bush’s mandate was to further his father's agenda of extending government control over American citizens and empowering the tentacles of a One World Government into foreign lands. Recognizing that no Socialist movement can succeed unless it has control over the movement of its citizens and insider intelligence of those who oppose them, Globalists along with President G.W. Bush, needed another "crisis" to move their agenda along. That crisis came compliments of a group of extremist Muslims, perhaps even orchestrated by the CIA and/or FBI on Sept. 11, 2001.

What they have done is create a new globalist government initiative dubbed, "Homeland Security" and have renewed criminal government intrusion into the private lives of Americans once used by Richard Nixon in his war on anti-war protestors, environmentalists, and civil rights activists. (I hope that you are beginning to get the picture. Since Sept. 11, 2001, we have lost our right to privacy along with our right to travel freely).

Following every contrived "crisis" in America, the response is always the same... to erode more liberties in exchange for the promise that it will never happen again. And the result is, it continues to happen again and again, only American citizens have LESS freedom. (Are you getting the connection to the Hegelian Dialectic?)

We heard the same argument following the rash of hijackings during the '70s and following the crash of TWA 800 and bombing of Pan Am 103. The result was that four airplanes could be hijacked simultaneously and used to attack America’s financial center and our nation’s capital. We heard the argument following the bombing in Oklahoma City. The result was the total destruction of the World Trade Center. One World proponents everywhere can celebrate the attack on America because their goals are being accomplished. Their desire to instill fear into the hearts of Americans is accomplished as Americans fear flying and are willing to exchange their freedom for the false feeling of security. Their desire to destroy our free democratic system is accomplished as we allow the government to further intrude into our private lives in exchange for a false feeling of security.

Palm Beach-based Applied Digital Solutions unveiled the VeriChip immediately after the 9-11 tragedy. Similar to pet identification chips, the human VeriChip is a syringe-inject able radio frequency identification microchip that can be read from a few feet away by either a hand-held scanner or by the implantee walking through a "portal" scanner. Information can be wirelessly written to the chip, which contains a unique 10-digit identification number. (Can you say “Mark of the Beast”?)

In the post 9-11 security environment, the idea of a syringe-inject able device gives the National ID card concept a whole new dimension. As predicted in Revelation 13:16-17, "He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark of his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark..."

Nothing happens in a vacuum. In the wake of the Globalist inspired attack on America, we keep hearing especially politicians saying "we must do what needs to be done so that it never happens again." We don't need to ensure it never happens again... we need to get at the root of the problem and why we allowed it to happen at all. Americans should look inward and ask why our great country can support despots throughout the world in exchange for oil and wonder why the victims in those regions consider us the enemy.

While Americans were freely giving up many of their Constitutional rights in exchange for so-called "security" and calmly marching off toward the “slaughter house” like a bunch of “sheepole” and now needing a scapegoat to rationalize their loss, President Bush moved to the next stage of the globalist agenda.

President Bush and his cabinet were planning a premeditated attack on Iraq to secure 'regime change' even before he took power in January 2001. The blueprint for the creation of a 'global Pax Americana' was drawn up for Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, and others. The document, entitled Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategies, Forces and Resources for A New Century, was written in September 2000 by the neo-conservative think-tank Project for the New American Century (PNAC).

The plan shows Bush's cabinet intended to take military control of the Gulf region whether or not Saddam Hussein was in power. It says: 'The United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent role in Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.' Whipping up fear into Americans once again, President Bush and Tony Blair invaded Iraq under the guise of eliminating weapons of mass destruction. While NONE were found, both continued their charge that WMD existed with the fervor that would make Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf proud.

TUESDAY LESSONS IN CIVICS-#20

Sorry I couldn’t do a Monday Posting. I was having (and still am) a multitude of computer problems. My printer decided it no longer wished to print the color red, so I had to replace it.

While in the process of installing the new printer, my cordless mouse said “screw this, I don’t want to work either”. After solving that, the key board decided to act up. Now, my CD and DVD players have decided that they don’t want to work any more, so now I cannot install any more programs until I can figure out what is wrong.

Now on to today’s posting.

LESSONS IN CIVICS & THE CONSTITUTION – N

Part A

A Return to the Federal Reserve:

Doesn’t the repeal of HJR-192 allow the Federal Reserve to, once again, demand payment in gold for the interest on the public debt, pursuant to the terms of the Federal Reserve Act? Keep in mind that I have already showed you that this act contains a provision made with respect to an obligation purporting to give the obligee the right to require payment in gold, and that provision appears to be back in effect. Now, if this is so, what can we expect to happen when the bankers present their demands, knowing that there won’t be enough gold to meet their demands and no hope of acquiring enough gold.

Any banker worth his salt knows that, in this type of situation, it is foreclosure time, and that means that it is time for distribution of the pool to the last survivors. This paints a picture that is so complex that it is almost beyond comprehension, so I will give you a summary of the important facts. The very same people that said give us the Federal Reserve Charter and we will see that there is stability to our economy, forced us into a recession in 1921, by a contraction of the Federal Reserve requirements of the fractional reserve to the various banks. This contracted the money supply by increasing the reserve requirement from 15% to 20%. They forced a huge liquidity squeeze in 1929, which led to the depression.

This in turn, precipitated our inability to pay off interest on the debt to the Federal Reserve, so in 1933 Congress entered the United States into bankruptcy, by the suspension of the payment of the debt in gold mandated by HJR-192 in 1933. It was this one act that terminated national Federal Common Law. This one act destroyed the flood gates that had been holding maritime law, permitting Maritime Admiralty Law and its jurisdiction to sweep across the American people, because we substituted the payment of debt in lawful gold with discharge of debt under limited liability in maritime law. What we now have in place of lawful money is Federal Reserve notes of an insurance underwriting scheme that is a tontine exactly like the George Rapp Society was a tontine and just like all the early tontine insurance programs.

Those of you who have been able to follow all of these lessons thus far, may be asking yourselves, how is it that a communistic, religious society that is operated for economic profit, and insurance companies, and the Federal Reserve, totally interlock? In all three cases there was a pool of assets involved. Also, in all three cases, limited liability was involved, which is insurance. Lastly, in all three cases, there was a policy of survivors take all, and that, my friends, is a wagering policy.

In the George Rapp Society, people and property were pledged to the pool. In a tontine, premium payments were pledged to the pool. In the Federal Reserve, premium payments, people and property are all pledged to the pool.

In all three cases, there was no accountability to the members or subscribers. In all three cases, there was forfeiture for withdrawal. In the George Rapp Society it was labor interest and intransmissability of property to heirs. In tontine it was the premiums and the interest thereon. In the Federal Reserve, it is Social Security, Unemployment Premiums, property Tax, etc. for example, what happens if you withdraw from social security, or from unemployment insurance, or stop paying property taxes, isn’t there a forfeiture that is demanded?

In the George Rapp Society, Dr. List’s “National Economy” was practiced on a small scale, in the Federal Reserve, List’s “National Economy” is being used to regulate and control our economy.

In the George Rapp Society there was no risk to the insurer (George Rapp and his associates). In the Federal Reserve there is no risk to the Maritime lender, or the insurance underwriter.

In the George Rapp Society, labor was pledged, and labor was the premium for the privilege of remaining in the society for the chance of “making a profit”. In the Federal Reserve, labor id pledged to obtain the units of credit (Federal Reserve Scrip) to pay the interest to the maritime lender, or the maritime insurance underwriter (which is one and the same under maritime law).

In the George Rapp Society, George Rapp had no vested interest in the lives of the society members. In the Federal Reserve, the Federal Reserve has no vested interest in the life of the United States or in the lives of its citizens, nor does it have any risk at stake in the maritime venture of the Public National Credit System. In the tontine, the premium was never to be repaid in the original tontine scheme; in the Federal Reserve, no provision is made to ever pay the principle of the loan from the Federal Reserve, in the Federal Reserve Act, which is the contract between the United States and the Federal Reserve System.
