Here it is, Tuesday and I find myself in a rather foul mood today over four different things that came over the idiot box (TV) this morning. Perhaps I should just chuck it out in the dumpster and stop watching. It is not good for my blood pressure.
Things That Make My Blood BOIL!
Dr. Keith Ablow & the “Super Nanny”:
My first gripe has to do with the Dr. Keith Ablow show. I don’t know if any of you have watched his show, but I must say that this man, along with the ‘Super Nanny’ are two of the most dangerous influences on the American family.
Yesterday, Ablow had a couple on who had three of the most obnoxious, disobedient, rude and out of control children I have ever seen, all under the age of ten. It seemed that the husband believed in a strong and firm form of discipline, which demanded that the children do as they were told and to be respectful toward their parents. The wife on the other hand advocated a “nice” approach which often meant giving in to the little girls and letting them have their way for the sake of peace. These two styles were in conflict with each other which was causing problems in the marriage.
Video cameras had been set up in the home and the actions of these kids, slapping, biting, kicking, spitting at and mouthing off to their parents, was enough to raise my blood pressure to dangerous levels. The reason for the cameras was because this family was being featured on an episode of “The Super Nanny”. With the Help of the ‘Super Nanny’, Ablow managed to brow beat the husband into changing his method of parenting, to accept his wife’s method of coddling and giving in. In short, Ablow says the father was too aggressive and “bullying” with his children. My God, what a bunch of “New Age chicken $#%T.
Last week, Ablow was talking about parents (namely mothers), who get angry enough at their out of control kids that they yell at them and/or spank them. Ablow claims these parents are “suffering from a disease” (everything is a disease now days) which he calls “The Anger Disease”. Parents like this, according to Ablow, are in need of counseling and medication, and that there is help out there for them.
What ever happened to “spare the rod and spoil the child”? No, I am not recommending beating or whipping kids, but this ‘timeout’ business and letting little kids have their own way is no damn good. Anybody with half a brain can take a look around at our society today to see the proof of what I am saying.
When I see kids today spit at, kick or scratch their parents, or I hear them yell at their parents and tell them to “shut the F&#K up”, “Go to Hell” or “I hate you!” it makes my blood boil. Back when I was growing up, no kid would dare talk back to their parents, let alone raise their hands to them. Is it any wonder that we have such rude and inconsiderate morons running around today? You can see it every where in society today, from our schools all the way to the halls of congress. Maybe if parents got back to washing filthy mouths out with soap, we wouldn’t have so many foul mouthed idiots in our faces today. Perhaps, if parents were allowed to paddle the backsides of their rude and unruly offspring, maybe we wouldn’t have to put up with morally corrupt shanks like Brittany Spears or Paris Hilton who love to expose their nether regions to the public and bed hop like a bunch of alley cats in heat. Think about that Dr. Keith and Ms. Super Nanny!
Gen. Pace Won’t Apologize:
A gay advocacy group Tuesday demanded an apology from the Pentagon's top general for calling homosexuality immoral (Why, don’t you degenerates believe it is?).
In a newspaper interview Monday, Marine Gen. Peter Pace had likened homosexuality to adultery and said the military should not condone it by allowing gays to serve openly in the military.
"General Pace's comments are outrageous, insensitive and disrespectful to the 65,000 lesbian and gay troops now serving in our armed forces," the advocacy group Service members Legal Defense Network said in a statement on its Web site. Personally, I don’t believe there are that many.
Pace, chairman of the military Joint Chiefs of Staff, made his remarks in an interview Monday with the Chicago Tribune. He was responding to a question about the "don't ask, don't tell" policy that allows gays and lesbians to serve if they keep their sexual orientation private and don't engage in homosexual acts.

I don’t care if the gay community likes it or not, but homosexuality IS immoral and unnatural, and I don’t give a damn how much you try to rationalize your behavior, it is disgusting and wrong. You feel so hurt because of Gen. Pace’s remarks and you are offended by them, well I have news for you, you are offensive to normal people, and if you keep trying to brainwash our children and grandchildren into accepting your filthy degenerate activity as something to be proud of and treated with respect, you are opening yourselves up to a backlash that you will not like.
Just because you “love” each other, and just because you claim that you make wonderful parents or anything else, that does not make what you are doing right any more than putting gravy on dog turds makes them Swedish Meatballs! The best thing that you people can do for society is to crawl back into your closets.

Two priest associates at Grace Church, the Rev. Margaret Bullitt-Jonas and the Rev. Burton Whiteside, also said they won't perform marriages. These three morally corrupt jerks should be defrocked and excommunicated, especially if they refuse to fulfill their priestly duties.
Margaret Bullitt-Jonas made the following ignorant statement, which shows that her theological knowledge is sorely lacking: "I am convinced that when gays and lesbians are baptized, they become full members of the body of Christ," said Bullitt-Jonas. "They are not partial members or conditional members or second-class members." Since when does baptism give one the right to continue living in unrepentant sin and then throw that sin in God’s face?
Then you want to compound your sin by adding blasphemy to your repertoire by performing same-sex unions and/or marriages and calling upon the Holy Spirit to bless the very thing that God finds to be an abomination. What else would you call it if not BLASPHEMY!

I just want to say; "Thank God I am NOT a member of the Episcopal church." I can assure you that if I was the Episcopal superior of Rev. Robert Hirschfeld, Rev. Margaret Bullitt-Jonas and Rev. Burton Whiteside, I would defrock and excommunicate them because they are a disgrace to Christianity.
And when Bullitt-Jonas made the statement: "I am convinced that when gays and lesbians are baptized, they become full members of the body of Christ," that still does not give them the right to marry. When one is baptized, that does not give them a free pass to continue to live in sin and throw it in God's face.
Any body who claims to be a Christian is supposed to accept the teachings of Holy Scripture which condemns Homosexuality, and no amount of rationalization will ever make the homosexual life-style normal, moral or honorable and something to be treated with respect.
